DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Absolute Sale made and executed on the date and place hereinafter
written by and between:

METROGUARD Security Agency, represented by its President,


GEROME Y. ESCANDOR, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Door
2 1st Floor Escandor, Building corner Juan Luna and Damaso Suazo Sts.,
Davao City, Philippines, now and hereinafter referred to as the
“VENDOR”;
- and -

RADSMEL UDIAMAN, Filipino, of legal age, and resident of


______________________________________________, herein referred
to as the “VENDEE”;

- Witnesseth that -

WHEREAS, the Vendor is the registered owner of a Motorcycle which is more


particularly described as follows:

WHEREAS, the Vendor would like to sell and the Vendee would like to buy the
above mentioned motorcycle for consideration that is hereinafter set forth;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN THOUSAND


PESOS ONLY (Php 10,000.00), Philippine Currency, the vendor hereby SELLS,
CEDES, TRANSFERS and CONVEYS unto and in favor of the Vendee the above-
described Motorcycle on an as-is-where-is basis free from liens and encumbrances
whatsoever. The vendor will be no longer liable after the transfer of possession and
ownership of said vehicle and the vendee hereby accepts said condition.
