NEED-BASED LEAVES

FLY BACK POLICY


•Provides you an opportunity to meet with your family members during
onsite travel or assignments
•You accrue one return ticket, or fly back, for every 3 months completed
on an onsite assignment
•You can also delegate this fly back to your family members so they can
visit you

DOMESTIC RELOCATION POLICY


•We bear the cost for travel components like transportation of goods,
travel tickets for self/spouse/children, vendor support, interest subsidy,
interim accommodation, etc. for relocation due to “business need”
•Relocation benefits include one-time relocation allowance, support
towards housing brokerage and relocating children to local schools

family a source to monitor overall health

CAR LEASE PROGRAM


•Enables you to save tax by leasing a car for personal and official
purposes
•This benefit is applicable for career stages Senior Associates and
above; all Associates, who have satisfactorily completed two years of
continuous service, are also eligible to enroll in the car lease program

CAR FUEL AND MAINTENANCE REIMBURSEMENT


•Entitled to reimbursement starting INR 3,000 up to INR 10,000
(depending upon your career stage) if you are enrolled under the car
lease program; and INR 2,000 per month for self-owned cars

DRIVER’S SALARY REIMBURSEMENT


•Entitled to reimbursement of up to INR 8,000 under the car lease
program (for Managers and above)
•Reimbursement for self-owned cars up to INR 1,000 per month (for all
full-time and part-time people)

LEAVE TRAVEL ALLOWANCE


•Reimbursement of expenses starting INR 10,000 up to INR 200,000
(depending upon your career stage) incurred on domestic travel

Benefits that secure your health and future, and also of those who are

GROUP LIFE INSURANCE POLICY


•It is a basic life insurance
•In case of death during Publicis Sapient tenure, we will pay your
dependents an insurance benefit starting from INR 24,50,000 up
to INR 1,87,00,000 depending upon your career stage

GROUP MEDICLAIM POLICY


•You are entitled for medical insurance cover of up to INR
3,00,000 along with a company buffer of INR 5,00,000 in case
of normal illness and 15,00,000 in case of critical illness
•Covers medical expenses incurred during hospitalization of the
insured for treatment of illness, disease or injury. It also has a
sub-limit for maternity cover of INR 50,000 for normal delivery
and INR 1,00,000 for caesarean
•Covers your spouse and first 2 children (a new-born baby is
covered from Day 1)
•Top up cover from INR 1,00,000 to INR 20,00,000
•Pre-existing Conditions covered from Day 1
•10% co-payment applicable

PARENTS' MEDICLAIM
•Coverage for parents available in the blocks of INR 2,00,000,

PERSONAL ACCIDENTAL INSURANCE POLICY
•An insurance cover that provides for death or disablement
resulting solely or directly from an accident by external, violent
and visible means
•In case of death or permanent disablement, a benefit of a
maximum of INR 1,45,00,000 applicable as per career stage will
be paid to dependents. In case of accidental death, 150%
of sum assured
•In case of temporary total disablement, you will be entitled to a
compensation of INR 5,000 per week, or part thereof, limited to
104 weeks and INR 10,000
