Steps To Join Viva in Impartus Application
1) When the Viva is scheduled, you need to login into the Impartus Application, once you login into the
application, you will be landed on the dashboard page which is divided in 3 parts.
Left hand side will consist of your recorded lectures, middle page will be for the discussion forum and right hand
side will be your upcoming sessions (Please refer below image)
a) Login to Impartus Application using your BIT's Email Credentials
b) Click on join button which is present at top right under upcoming live session.
2) Once you join the session, you need to enable your MIC,Camera and Screen as per below attached images.
In case if your camera and mic button is disabled, please ask your professor to unmute you.
a) Click on camera icon to enable camera
b) click on allow option when browser asks you to enable microphone
c) click on allow option when browser asks you to enable microphone
d) Once you allow both MIC and camera, you need to click on “ok”
e) Now you need to share your screen by clicking on screen share option as mentioned in below image
f) Once you click on the screen share, it will ask you to share your entire screen or respective application
window, just click on it and share the same. (Please refer the below image)
3) Once you click on share, now you can start your viva session, in order to ensure everything working fine,
please check below image. (MIC,Camera,Screen share option should be enabled)
