Working as an Assistant Manager, with Arya Omni talk Wireless Solution Pvt. Ltd, a global leader in the field of
IT Healthcare and Solutions, since July 2019 Contributing as Assistant Manager part of IHMCL ( Indian Highways
Management Company Limited ) Project of 45 Site the Highway Toll system, HTMS and ATMS Team performing
the duties of data warehousing and systems Installation, Maintenance and Commissioning.
Since May 2011 Contributing as a Project Engineer part of the Highway Toll System and HTMS Team performing
the duties of data warehousing and systems Maintenance and also as a project in charge of L&T 4 Site (AMTL
TP1,2,3 and 4, SGTL, DHTL TP1 and TP2, VBTL).
• Managing the team (IHMCL Project) to manage the Toll, HTMS &ATMS system Installation,
Maintenance and Commissioning and effectively will minimum breakdown time.
• Dedicated Fast Tag ETC Lane and Hybrid (ETC and Cash) Lane Installed.
• Takes inputs & requirement from customer to improve Equipment team service.
• Maintain adequate inventory of spare.
• Ensure all Toll & HTMS faults are reported and rectified timely as per SLA. Update Summary of
fault rectification as per SLA on monthly basis.
• Analysis the fault report at monthly and AVC accuracy analysis at monthly basis.
• Motivate & guide team to achieve the targets on or before time lines. Ensure to get 99% system
uptime with 98% AVC accuracy.
• Maintain strong relationships with the vendors, colleagues to ensure service quality and smooth
resolution of defects, clarification of queries.
• Cost saving through in housing repairing of equipment. Perform troubleshooting & diagnose the
root cause analysis of any issue and take necessary action to prevent the reoccurrence of same
faults to get maximum system uptime.
• Ensure RFID reader functioning timely with analysis of RFID transactions. Escalate issue with HW
to Vendors/next level.
• Troubleshoot and monitoring Tollway system and performance issues

other server, DB User Administration.

• Regularly restore the Toll data in test-rig and ensure the database backup, System Log Collection
and Analysis.

as per the software team and customer requirement.
• Co-ordinate with AMC vendor, supplier regularly doing Preventive maintained.
• Regularly checking the AVC accuracy according checking or changing of sensors.

radio, repeaters, power amplifiers, controllers and combiners.
