Objective
Drama III is a continuation of Drama II, covering a variety of theatrical elements. The students
will review materials learned last year. We will read, discuss, and analyze different theatrical
works. We will expand on the basics of performing as an actor including the 7 Essential

Units
Elizabethan Theatre (Shakespeare, Globe Theatre, Twelfth Night)
Performance Evaluation: Will be based on set guidelines & will be considered not by
comparison to other students' performances but by direction given by me, ability to apply this
direction and on personal growth.
Cheating Procedure - Any student caught cheating will be referred to the office as a discipline
referral and required to make up the assignment at a teacher assigned time. Refer to the
handbook for consequences.
Late work will be recorded as a zero until turned in. Late work may be submitted for partial
credit and will lose 10 points each day after the due date/time.
