duration(day)
Given that the project starts on Monday, 1- 1 - 2018, the contractor considers Friday
and Saturday as weekends, and the period from 8 to 10 January 2018 is non- working
period. It is required to:
1. Calculate the CPM days and clarify the critical path on the network.
2. Calculate the project duration due to an increase of 3 days in the duration of
activity B
3. Calculate the activity dates considering the given calendar and draw the bar chart
using Calendar days.
Question 2
The following tables illustrate the data for the CPM diagram for a project. The project
start date is thursday1st March 2018; Workdays per week equal six, and the week start
on Saturday. It is required to find activity dates (ES, EF, LS, and LF)
Question 2
Draw the following network using AOA with the following data and Calculate the
Project duration:
Activity Depends on
A --
B --
C A
D B
E B
F A, B
G A
H D, G
I G
J H, I
Question 2
Draw the labor histogram based on early times.
Requirement:
1. Cash - Out flow (S - curve) considering Early times
2. Cash - Out flow (S - curve) considering Late times
Question # 2
The table shows the start and finish time for each activity in a construction project. The
activities costs and prices are also provided
Data: assume that a month has 30 days, calculations are prepared at the beginning
of each month.
It is required to:
1. Draw the cash Out flow (S-Curve)
2. Amount of money required after 3rd month
Question # 3
The activities for constructing an industrial workshop are listed in the next table
