13 reportedly “Estia Aged Care Facility in Ardeer” has an about 300% infection rate this
14 while Professor Dileep Mavalankar Director Institute of Public Health, Gandhinagar, explains
15 how he researched medical reports from all over the world and that when a member of the
16 household has COVID-19 then 80 to 90% of other members of the household are unlikely to get
17 infected with COVID-19. Unlike with nursing-homes in family environment husband and wife
18 sleep together, engage in sexual intercourse, kissing, not wearing a mask, not social distancing,
19 and despite all this only about 10 to 20% are infected. Not just in India but this is from medical
20 reports from around the world.

22 Most people will recall the sight of a coal worker all black when coming out of a mine. The same
23 with the old fashion chimney sweeper, who would be black from the dust. However, when a
24 person is covered with bacterium or other such infectious item then generally one wouldn’t be
25 able to see it. It does exist but it is that minuscule small that even if one is totally covered with it
26 no one likely would with the naked eye see anything.

28 COVID-19 is a disease that was assumed to kill 50 million or more in the USA alone, so it was
29 claimed by computer predictions. There are even charts to indicate that Australian population
30 will be reduced by 2025 to a mere 15 million population. That is to reduce about 10 million
31 people from Australia! This kind of reduction cannot be accepted to be y natural resources.
32 Hence, vaccinations is what will bring this about.
33 Reportedly Premier Daniel Andrews made about 30 trips to China, and I wonder if he did so to
34 be trained in how to spread communist propaganda and implement a communist system in
35 Australia. Claim you are doing it for the safety of wellbeing of the citizens and force compulsory
36 vaccinations upon people so you commit genocide in the process but all for the good of the
37 citizens.

39 There is ample of evidence from around the world where Bill & Malinda Gates Foundation and
40 others were complicit in using vaccination against the influenza as to sterilise millions of
41 women. Global world population reduction being the aim. The fact that for 32 years no safety
42 checking was done regarding vaccinations and yet we have Australian government politicians,
43 officials and even doctors claiming vaccinations are safe to underline how corrupt the entire
44 system is.

3 who died provided the family accept that the death certificate shows cause of dead to be COVID-
4 19. This so the nursing home can claim $25,000 to $30,000 regarding this death.
5 And, those numbers of deaths are then used by the Government to claim the need to lockdown,
6 curfew, social distancing, compulsory wearing a mask, etc.
7 This is an elaborate fraud perpetrated upon the taxpayers also.

9 We had this WAR AGAINST TERRORISM as to an invisible enemy. It caused to boost
10 intelligence services which had miserably failed to tell the truth about WMD. (Weapons of mass
11 Destruction) and we had an unelected person parading as Prime Minister being John Howard
12 (Unelected as I proved in court proceedings on 19 July 2006) who unconstitutionally authorised
13 the mass murder, crimes against humanity, war crimes, etc, against a “friendly” nation against
14 whom the Governor-General had not published a DECLARATION OF WAR.

1 So, where I am going about without a mask as I have a medical condition and have a medical
2 exemption certificate for this nevertheless can be fined to incur cost merely to stand up for my
3 rights.
4 I am not allowed to film myself but the police with their body cameras can do so. And as was
5 exposed in the Josepha van Rooy case where the police had made 11 cuts (according to a sound
6 expert) in the police sound recording that was filed as evidence in court in DPP v Van Rooy just
7 that unbeknown to the police Ms van Rooy had also voice recorded it all and hence was able to
8 expose the corrupt conduct of the Victorian Police. When I about 2 years before the trial
9 submitted ‘NO CASE TO ANSWER” to the DPP it then responded it would withdraw 2 of the 3
10 charges. While ordinary a “NO CASE TO ANSWER” is submitted to the court after the
11 prosecutor completes his submissions there is however no law against doing so about 2 years
12 before the trial. What it would indicate is to the prosecutor that it better gets its act together.
13 Despite 5 police witnesses, a clerk of court, a deputy clerk of court and a medical doctor in the
14 end after the prosecutor completed the presentation of his case Wood J directed the jury to return
15 a NOT GUILTY verdict as the Prosecutor had not made out its case.

17 What however should be clear is that certain police officers committed perjury in filing false and
18 misleading evidence having tempered with the audio recording.
19 The police officer claimed that it must have been accidental switching on and off. The sound
20 expert however rejected this as there was no switching on and of sound. As such, the police
21 sliced the sound recordings to fits its own narrative. And yet not a single police officer was held
22 legally accountable for this perversion of the administration of justice before the previous
23 magistrate.

28 lawfully, objection can face about $10,000 in cost regarding litigation?

27 person. As he explained, there are 2 days prior to the symptoms showing, then generally another
28 5 days before the person attends to a clinic/hospital. As such some about 7 days have passed
29 where there is close contact with other family members and yet nevertheless 80 to 90% in the
30 same household are not infected. Keep in mind that often in India there are large families living
31 together.
32 As such, the claim that say some farmer perhaps hundreds of kilometres away from the city like
33 Melbourne must wear a facemask so others cannot become infected simply doesn’t seem to be
34 correct as an justified argument.

44 lid and places the cartons in it. This is precisely what I previous wrote about. The lid of the dump-master
45 may already have bacterium on it. So when the person lifts the lift his gloves will be contaminated. After
46 he empty the trolley he then goes back into the building with the already contaminated trolley and likely
47 go back to his kitchen duties where then the bacterium is spread further, likely also on meals prepared in
48 the kitchen. Estia Aged Care Facility in Ardeer I understand is the location where this video was
49 recorded. While it only appears to have 53 bed facilities for residents, it allegedly recorded 144 infections.
50 I understand that nursing homes able to be paid $25,000 or something like this then ask relatives
51 of the resident that died if they agree to record COVID019 on the death certificate and for this it
52 will pay for the funeral cost. To me this is fraudulent but also deception by the State Government
53 as to claim a number of persons died from COVID-19 as to apply its LOCKDOWN, CURFEW,

2 other States/Territories unconstitutionally closes their borders.

11 Ordinary if a person has an “INFECTIOUS DISEASE” then logic requires to place this person
12 into a sealed room where physical contact is prevented, even with any medical staff. Yet, that I
13 understand has not been happening. Why is it generally that there are clusters?
14 Well as I indicated regarding Estia Aged Care Facility in Ardeer that if it is not an infectious
15 disease but something like the spread of bacterium then having someone wearing gloves that has
16 bacterium or something like this on his glove using this on the trolley, door handles, etc, and
17 then enter the kitchen then this person is spreading it around like wild fire. And as meals are
18 prepared in general in the kitchen then this means the bacterium or whatever it is will be spread
19 onto others. A Nursing home resident merely touching a plate might then become infected when
20 using the hand to touch the meal or face, etc. The person who is wearing the gloves simply not
21 changing the gloves means that the spread continues. As I indicated my experiences was with
22 Woolworths in Heidelberg but somehow management didn’t care to contact me back, contrary to
23 what was promised. What we therefore may have is a gigantic bools up that all the
24 LOCKDOWNS, CURFEW, SOCIAL DISTANCING, COMPULSORY WEARING A MASK,
25 will do not one of iota to reduce infection rates.

27 All this hype about ventilators and ICU beds may all have been a sheer waste of public monies
28 as what should have been addressed, that is if dealing with an “INFECTIOUS DISEASE” is to

31 What we have is that politicians and medical professionals have been lured into something of a
32 fictional disease that is invisible rather than to consider that perhaps a disease is spread simply

35 many do not change them when they touch buttons of a scale, etc. So, they are likely transferring
36 something to cause the spread of a disease.

1 As I wrote about in previous documentation we may have to consider that COVID-19 may be
2 because of a spread of “bacterium” like the Legionnaires Disease relating to certain water
3 towers and heating systems. Where then staff of kitchens, in nursing homes or elsewhere are
4 donning PPE but then in the process are going to the dump-master and touching likely highly
5 infected lids to open it and then having emptied the trolley transfer the bacterium onto the
6 trolley and then went back to the kitchen and transfer it there all around, then obviously this
7 one person can spread it like wild fire throughout the nursing home, without anyone being
8 able to trace the real source/culprit. No amount of “deep cleaning” will therefore stop the rate
9 of infections. No amount of PPE, LOCKDOWNS, CURFEW, SOCIAL DISTANCING, etc,
10 will resolve the issues at hand, because politicians precisely ignore the likely real cause of the
11 infections. Worse, they are using unconstitutional conditions and it evolves into a dictatorship
12 and prison system without any court of law having sanctioned it.

9 violation of Section 92 of the constitution, then I am ready to proceed on my own.

19 the same. I hold that there is no validity to any Health Official to unilaterally issue directions to
20 order lockdowns, curfews, social distancing, compulsory mask wearing without any provisions
21 existing for this to be contested in court. I was subjected to police directing me to leave “private
22 property” on the basis I was not wearing a mask, this even so I showed the “medical certificate”
23 of exemption. The police didn’t even know that there was such an exemption and advised me he
24 would check it out.

26 *. Moment, the police wasn’t aware of the exemption, and let not ignore we have videos of the
27 police attacking persons for not wearing a mask!

29 **#** Premier Daniel Andrews so much goes on about doing the right thing, well it is about
30 time he did so. If he failed to seize and desist from any unconstitutional conduct, so those acting
31 for him, then well I am well justified to institute legal proceedings.

35 **#** I do not know what it is doing other than that they are looking into my complaint if it will
36 investigate. However, that can take many months and I cannot wait for this. After all my original
37 complaint of 8 April 2020 to the Victorian Ombudsman was referred to IBAC which then
38 declined to investigate. Had they done so then likely the entire lockdown, etc, could have been
39 avoided.

44 have the legal right to proceed.

53 some politician taking over the function of the parliament. It is irrelevant if the Parliament
54 provided for such purported power, as it simply cannot delegate it to some politician. Fancy a
55 politician’s declaring a purported State of Disaster and then indefinitely postpose any legislation
56 regarding elections so the political party in power eternally then remains in power.

3 **#** Absolutely not. The judiciary is not and never was part of Government as the Letters
4 Patent of 2 January 1901 made clear that there must be an “impartial administration of justice”.
5 Therefore, the Government has absolutely no powers to dictate the judiciary to closedown, etc.
6 And the Chief Justice cannot merely shut down the judiciary without having a proper legal
7 justified ground. It is not for the Chief Justice to be some parrot to reflect what the Government
8 desires. As the Chief Justice is accountable to the community and cannot deny access to the
9 courts without a justified reason. If the Chief Justice does no more but to parrot what the
10 Governments agenda is then it fails to be an “impartial administration of justice”.

15 fails to ensure that a Government of the Day is not violating constitutional rights of citizens?

20 and yet we had all kinds of doctors and politicians claiming vaccinations are safe. They were

22 causing to those vaccinated. I understand that influenza vaccinations were banned in certain
23 countries when they discovered that they actually were designed to sterilize millions of women. I
24 understand a court held that about 3 million women were by this serialized. Also that the death
25 rate amongst children skyrockets to be 10 times that of unvaccinated children. As such a form of
26 genocide.

31 **#** I am aware of this. Some years ago I purchased various fireproof safe’s for harddrives and
32 well I use them now to store harddrives containing sensitive details. So, even when the videos no
33 longer are on the internet available I still have them on the backup harddrives. Sometimes I
34 download a video and hours later is no longer is available from the internet. In my view the
35 Federal government should legislate that tech companies operating within the Commonwealth of
36 Australia must allow videos to be accessible even if they are contrary to the views of the Tech
37 giants. After all, how can electors be informed to issues they need to communicate with their
38 elected Members of Parliament if they are deprived of contrasting views?

43 must be provided for. As such, it is bound to ensure that the alternative media is included. While
44 I accept that for example regarding pedophilia it is legitimate to remove videos which might be
45 contrary to criminal law provisions but it is another thing to deny open discussion about issues
46 that are detrimental to the community to be conversed.

1 I understand that the Walker Ruby Princess somehow seems to claim the Minister was not
2 responsible, this I view flies in the face of a Minister being a Responsible Minister. This is what
3 our constitution is based upon.

5 We cannot have Ministers to skirt around responsibilities by seeking to offload their
6 responsibilities upon others as this would undermine our constitution considerably.

8 When one considers the weaponsation of the Victorian Police force versus that prior to
9 September 11, 2001 then one may consider that this has absolutely nothing to do with protecting
10 citizens from harm. Criminals will always have access to firearms and the more weaponry police
11 may use the more weaponry criminals may resort to. In the meantime the innocent citizen is left
12 without security.

14 I served in the Royal Dutch Army and in a battalion shooting championship succeeded on all
15 weapons to obtain 39 out of 40 points. The second place getter achieved 29 out of 40, the 3rd
16 place getter 28 out of 40 and all the rest far below this. In my view the reported killing in Port
17 Arthur by a lone man in 90 seconds could not even be replicated by a sharp shooter considering
18 we are dealing with moving objects. But as I understand it the then NSW Premier a year before
19 the Port Arthur incident allegedly indicated to have a weapon by-back needed a Port Arthur
20 incident. And, apparently a special transport vehicle (manufactured in Melbourne) was ordered
21 to be ready before the Port Arthur killings to be able to move all bodies. After the incident the
22 truck was sold as no longer needed. As such it appears the Port Arthur killings was a well
23 planned advance killing as some excuse to essentially confiscate weapons from law abiding
24 citizens. In my view the manufacturing of the truck in Melbourne ought to have been properly
25 investigated why this was order for the Port Arthur killing well before this killing took place.

27 As with the Carl Williams murder the Victorian Police in my view went through elaborate ways
28 to achieve this. And, after I exposed details, the fact that a former police officer unlawfully
29 caused to destroyed a new fence I was building within the boundary of my property that may
30 cost about $10,000 to replace, and yet no police investigation ensued, as this former police
31 officer made clear that the police would never investigate, may underline that the rule of law is
32 no more.

34 Essentially the Victorian Police in my view has become the terrorist organisation that instead
35 upholding the rule of law now is terrorising law abiding citizens. THIS HAS TO STOP!

23 We seem to have both a declaration of a STATE OF EMERGENCY as well as a STATE OF
24 DISASTER. Neither seems to be designed to combat the real cause of spreading of COVID-19
25 as it merely seems to rely upon infectious spreading by droplets and recently as to aerosol but not
26 at all to the likely core of spreading because of the likes of bacterium which would have a
27 different kind of length of contamination. Promoting influenza vaccination despite no safety
28 control existed for more than 32 years in my view is totally irresponsible and undermines the
29 immune system of the elderly, etc.

31 More than likely if coroners were to do a proper examination then likely not a single person
32 would be found to have died from COVID-19 but rather some may have died with COVID-19.
33 If indeed it would be discovered that those claimed to have died from COVID-19 didn’t do so at
34 all then this gigantic elaborate fraud perpetrated upon us all cannot be excused by “privileged
35 immunity” by the Premier and or others. In my view, any unconstitutional/unlawful act by any
36 official cannot cause such a person to invoke “privileged immunity”! Such person must face the
37 full force of the law!
