Preface
Thank you for using DH-B series oil-free air compressor. The products have been strictly tested before delivery from our
factory. To ensure the best use of the equipment, please read through the user manual before operation.

The user manual is applicable as follows:

The user manual is for our DH-B series products. Please keep it properly and make it accessible

at all time。

The User Manual Usage:

It is used as the instruction for operation personnel
Knowledge required for understanding the user manual:
You will have a better understanding of the user manual if you have mechanical and electrical
background, and will qualify for the equipment maintenance. It can be used for the project designer to select air
compressor and design .

Safety notes
Qualified operation personnel
Operation personnel must have systematic training.
1. The cable of air compressor power supply should match the power of compressor motor, and the motor protection
circuit breaker should be installed, and make sure there is reliable grounding device to protect the equipment
2. Before startup, make sure nobody else is around the machine, and no tools or other article
left in it.
3. Compressed air and the compressor can be dangerous. When repairing it or making
maintenance, make sure it is powered off and place a warning sign of ‘ under maintenance’
or ‘ no switching on’
4. For the first time startup or cable connection has been changed, make sure the motor rotary
direction is the same as the arrow direction.
5. The output pressure must not be higher than the specified pressure on the label. Otherwise,
the air compressor will be overloaded and damaged.
6. If the machine is damaged or has potential danger, the machine must not be turned on.
Make sure the power is cut off, and put a distinct marking.
7. Finger and clothing should be away from the rotating fan, drive coupling and the hot
components, for example, oil-gas separator, piping, etc. When the machine is running, it is
prohibited to dismantle screws or components. The machine’ s high temperature liquid or
compressed air will cause serious injury, or even death.
8 .Before making maintenance, make sure the machine is shut down; compressed air has been
released; the compressor has been disconnected with other gas source; and compressor unit
has been cooled down.
9. When cleaning the compressor components, only use non-corrosive solvent. It is prohibited
to use flammable, explosive and volatile solvent.
10. Compressor unit assembly is only for highly qualified professional personnel with
professional tools. Customer must not dismantle or repair compressor unit. If the
compressor unit is damaged, please contact our after sale customer service.AIR COMPRESSOR
11. The components must be from original manufacturer.
13. The machine must not be used in enclosed room or underground tunnel. The compressed
air must not be used for breathing purpose.

Chapter I Product Outline
1.1、Product outline：

The product utilize high quality, high flow swinging piston compressor as power source, providing stable oil-free air
source which avoids contaminated oil getting into human body, or damaging the machine. The components are all of high
quality, and the complete air compressor is designed to match the oxygen generator: high air flow, low noise level, dry and
clean gas source, stable operation and automatic control. When the internal pressure of the air cylinder reach the lower
limit or upper limit, the air compressor will start or shutdown automatically. The product is suitable for the air source of
oxygen generator or air feed ozone generator.

1.2、DH-B serials Product Features:

⑴、Internal air dryer, delicate filter, electronic drain valve for dry and clean air source

⑵、Output gas is oil-free, dry and clean, so oil removal processing is not required. The output

gas can be used in food, pharmaceutical, medical, etc.。

⑶、Low noise level, the noise level is about half of the one from traditional piston compressor.。

⑷、Each compressor is equipped with cooling fan, ensuring the continuous operation of the

equipment.

⑸、Output pressure automatic control. The compressor stops working when the output pressure reaches its upper

limit 4kg; and will resume to work when the pressure is lower than 0.2kg.

⑹、Internal air dryer and delicate filter have electronic drain valve it can automatically drain water every 20 minutes.

Chapter 3 Control Panel and Interface Function Explanation

3.1、Control panel components function explanation：

⑴、②：gas source temperature gauge：display gas source temperature, normal temperature rang15~25℃

⑵、③：Power switch: turn on/off the machine.

⑶、④：gas source over- temperature alarm light：when the gas source temperature is over 30 ℃， the alarm light

is on

⑷、⑤：The over pressure indicator light: when the output pressure is over 4kg/cm2, the light is on, and Main compressor

head is stopped working; When this failure happens, the output pipe need check; if it is blocked, and the valve of gas
pipe is closed; and if the oxygen generator or ozone generator are switched on to work.
⑸、⑥：Power indicator: the indicator light is on after powered.

⑹、⑦：Output pressure meter: internal air receiver pressure display, the normal output pressure range is 1.5-3.0 kg/cm2.

3.2、 Machine side interface Explanation:

⑴、①：Automatic water drainage outlet: internal air dryer and delicate filter water drainage outlet for draining water every

20 minutes.
⑵、⑧：Power interface: specified electrical power supply

⑶、⑨：Air outlet: output dry and clean and compressed air.

(4)、⑩：Over-load switch: when the internal compressor is over loaded, the over-load switch can provide electricity-cutting

protection; When it is under this protection, please check if the voltage of power supply is too low, and the startup
pressure is set up too high( the default pressure is lower than 0.2kg to start)

DH-6000B Control Panel and interface schematic diagram

DH-6000B air compressor operation notice：

1、There are 2 heads inside of DH-6000B, there are 2 switch for heads on the control panel, the two heads can

work at the same time and also can work independently（DH-6000B is usually working with two sets of ozone generator, if
there is only one set ozone generator working, then only one head need powered on inside of DH-6000. If the two heads
are working together under this situation, there will be over-pressure alarm.
2、Before start the DH-6000B, please select the working compressor head(start the compressor switch 1 or 2 or both)，
make sure the pressure meter value is lower than 0.2kg/cm2, then press the start-up switch of the compressor. It is
forbidden to start up the other head in the running of one head, or the head cannot be started normally, then caused the
over load protection or damage

Chapter 4 Installation and operation notice
4.1 Installation Field requirement:
(1)Equipment should be installed indoor, with clean, adequate light and good air circulation
environment. It is prohibited to be installed in the environment of exposure to sunlight,
rain, water vapor, moisture, corrosive gas, explosive gas and dust
(2)Environment temperature should be lower than 40 ℃ ， humidity lower than 70 ℃
(preferably, install air conditioner for cooling and drying). Environment temperature too
high may lead to equipment cease and lower ozone generator production. High
humidity may lead to controlling circuit malfunction or damaged.
(3) The distance between equipment and wall, ceiling should be more than 600mm, which is
convenient for future maintenance.
(4) Equipment should be installed on solid, horizontal ground. Installing on uneven ground
may lead to a high level of equipment noise and vibration
4.2 Piping installation
⑴ Output piping should have 1°-2° angle of inclination which will be good for draining out
of the water in the piping.
⑵ Output piping should use less elbows or valves, in order to avoid pressure loss.

⑶ Output piping size should not be less than outlet size (0.5 inch), to avoid pressure loss。

4.2、Pipeline installation：

⑴.Air outlet pipeline: included 12*8 PU tubes and joints, when install it, please make reference the attached pipeline
installation schematic diagram; if need the high level installation, user can use DN20 PVC pipe (or metal pipe) for
connection.
⑵.Drainage outlet pipeline: included 8*6 PU tube and joint，when install it, please make reference the attached
pipeline installation schematic diagram; if need the high level installation, user can use DN20 PVC pipe (or metal
pipe) for connection.
4.3 Electrical connection
..(1) The connection cable size should not be less than specified in the specification, and when
…..cable length is more than 10 meters, a bigger size should be used.
.(2) The power source should meet the rated voltage and frequency requirement.
.(3) The voltage fluctuation cannot be too high, and it should be within the range of
…-10%~+10% of the nominal voltage. It cannot be used if voltage is out of range,
….otherwise it will cause equipment damage, and voltage stabilizer or regulator should be
….used to meet the voltage range
⑷ Voltage unbalance rate of the three phases cannot be too high, and should be within 5%.
….Stabilizer should be used if there is high fluctuation.
4.4、Switch on/off procedure：

⑴ Check before startup: check whether the piping is blocked, whether the component is
…..abnormal, whether the voltage is matched.
⑵ Startup Operation: open the air outlet valve, firstly power on the oxygen generator, ozone generator, then
press .the .panel power switch air compressor, air compressor starts to work, gradually increasing output pressure,
working pressure should be in the range of 1.5~2.5kg/cm2.
⑶.Shut down: Press the power switch and the air compressor will stop working。
4.5 Operation Notice
⑴ The machine is oil-free air compressor. Do not use lubricating oil!

⑵ Please check one time every day if the drainage outlet is draining water, the drainage outlet to drain water every 20
minutes.
⑶ Before start the DH-6000B, please select the working compressor head(start the compressor switch 1 or 2 or both)，
make sure the pressure meter value is lower than 0.2kg/cm2, then press the start-up switch of the compressor. It is
forbidden to start up the other head in the running of one head, or the head cannot be started normally, then caused the
over load protection or damage

Chapter 5 Maintenance and trouble shooting
5.1、Warranty terms:

BNP, please read through this manual carefully after receiving the product, and keep it properly.

BNP after sale service commitment：

1. All products (not including consumable material, accessories and the L series products) from
BNP are warranted for one year and lifetime maintenance from the date of purchasing.
2. The following occasions are excluded from the warranty, and BNP may charge for the
repairing materials.
A. Product damages due to high humidity working environment or Oxygen concentrator flooded by water;
B. Product damages due to unauthorized operation unless instructed by BNP or BNP authorized distributor;
C. Product damages due to natural disaster, or any other force majeure;
D. Fail to provide proof of purchase or warranty card.
3. If on-site service is required, customer will be required to pay for the cost of travelling, and
BNP or distributor can decide to come or not according to the distance.
4. In the case of sterilization standard is not met due to improper operation or
malfunction of the product, BNP does not take any responsibility.

5.2 Maintenance items
⑴、Fan Dust Filter screen cleaning /replacement: As there is dust in the air, the intake filter screen will needs regular
cleaning/replacement (refer to below maintenance cycle). Before cleaning, make sure the machine is power off. Dismantle
the filter screen, then dismantle the cover and
take out the screen. Clean the screen with clean water, and install it after it is dry., the irregular cleaning will cause the
problem of bad radiant.
⑵、The intake air filter element cleaning/Replacement: in the proceeding of use, there is dust in the air, the intake air
filter element need regular cleaning /replacement(refer to below maintenance cycle). Before cleaning, make sure the
machine is powered off and Unscrew the air filter element , then remove the cover of air filter element, and take out the
filter element, then clean it with clean water, then dry it and install it (replace new filter element is acceptable too)
⑶、Electronic drainage valve cleaning/replacement: in the bottom of delicate filter, the internal filter screen of the
electronic drainage valve need clean or replace regularly, (refer to below maintenance cycle) Before cleaning, make sure
the machine is powered off and release the air in the air receiver (pressure is 0). Unscrew the screw cap on the side of the
solenoid valve, take out the filtering net, and clean it with clean water, then install the filtering screen again。

⑷、Delicate filter element replacement: in the bottom of delicate filter, the internal filter screen of the electronic drainage
valve need clean or replace regularly, (refer to below maintenance cycle) Before cleaning, make sure the machine is
powered off and release the air in the air receiver (pressure is 0). Unscrew the screw cap on the side of the solenoid valve,
take out the filtering net, and clean it with clean water, then install the filtering screen again。
