TERMS & CONDITIONS
– This deal is only valid for bookings made through Bridestory (PT Cerita
Bahagia).
– This deal is valid for weddings on January - August 2019.
– Instant reduction of IDR 25.000.000 nett for wedding package of 500pax.
– Instant reduction of IDR 35.000.000 nett for wedding package of 800pax
and a complimentary upgrade of Bridal Suite to Ayana Presidential Suite.
– Hotel requires down payment of IDR 35.000.000 to lock the date and the
remaining balance shall be paid accordingly.
– Down payment through Bridestory Pay (Bridestory mobile app or website) is
required at the latest on 28 November 2018 at 23.59 PM to secure the
deal.
– This deal is not refundable nor cashable.
– This deal cannot be combined with any other promotions and discounts.
– Once purchased, package can be upgraded to higher value package
(or customized package), but cannot be reduced to lower value package.
– Bridestory and Vendor shall not be put liable for any force majeure event.
– Vendor will refund the payment in full amount less VAT, only if Vendor is
unable to deliver the service due to lost or damage on the vendor's part.
Other than a 100% full refund, Vendor & Bridestory cannot be put
responsible for any other compensation.
