Statement: The work described below shall be performed by the Contractor in accordance with the
Contract Agreement, and the requirements outlined below.
1. Introduction, Background and Summary
As per hydraulic volume calculation by NOV, additional accumulator bottle rack of 14 bottles to
be installed. NOV will supply accumulator skid with the same dimensions as original. New
location of the rack is beside of the existing.
In additional of skid installation, existing platform needs to be extended as preproposal to
provide access to junction boxes. Other details are shown below in detailed scope of work.

The Contractor is to provide all scaffolding, fire cover, materials, labor, consumables, etc, unless
clearly noted otherwise, to effectively complete the entire scope of work in accordance with the
contract, specified Rules, Codes & Standards.
8. Detailed Scope of Work
➢ To cut and remove necessary items to allow installation of bottle rack and platform
extension
➢ To weld doublers and reinforcements below deck as per drawing O-JL-001
➢ Set up bottle rack by rigging gear and weld as per drawing O-JL-001
➢ To extend platform with handrail as per drawing O-JL-001

➢ To relocate lighting fixtures as per proposal
➢ To relocate PAGA box as per proposal
➢ All paint damaged are needs to be painted as per Painting Rig Specification
9. Potential Conflicts/Special Considerations
The Contractor shall schedule activities relating to this scope so as to ensure minimum
interference with other scope activities in the area
10. Supporting Activities
All the penetrations through structures and bulkheads needs to be controlled by NDT
Paint damage to existing steel caused by cutting and welding for the new installation shall be
repaired as per as rig paint spec.
Contractor shall provide all necessary access platforms to complete the entire scope
Contractor shall provide transportation of the new material and equipment to the rig.
Contractor is responsible for the disposal of all debris and scrap materials.
Provide qualified fire watchmen.
Supply of all materials such as, piping, fittings, supports, brackets, clamps, nut and bolts, U
bolts, flanges, unions, joints, gaskets, etc are to be provided by the contractor , to complete the
work.
Note that this scope of work to be done in conjunction with other scopes of work.
11. Documentation Deliverables
Upon completion of the work, the Contractor shall supply three hard copies and two CD’s of a
quality package which shall include a build method statement, material certificates, applicable
welding procedure specifications, visual and dimensional inspection reports, NDE, coating
inspection reports and any other testing and commissioning reports as applicable.

All NDE and testing shall be as required by ABS and GOE

14. Assumptions
Contractor shall comply with the safety rules and regulation of the rig.
All lifting shall be done by the CDC rig crew.
Contract to supply fire watch and Safety personnel for this work
Slings and shackles shall be certified for lifting
