Four Houses: Singular

The document discusses countable and uncountable nouns. Countable nouns can take quantifiers like "one" or "two" and can be singular or plural. Uncountable nouns do not take quantifiers and only have one form. For countable nouns, you need to use "a" or "an" with singular forms. For uncountable nouns, you cannot use "a" or "an" directly but can say "a piece of" or "a bottle of" plus the uncountable noun. Examples are provided to illustrate the differences between countable and uncountable nouns.
