FAQ: NF2F CCPL PRODUCT OFFERING

1) What is NF2F Credit Card or Personal Loan application?

Standard Chartered is introducing the “Non-Face-to-Face” Credit Card and/or Personal


Loan application option. This process will help you to apply for a Credit Card of your
choice and/or Personal Loan from the comfort of your home, without having to visit our
branches or meeting your Relationship Manager.

2) What are the steps using NF2F facilities?

Step a: Complete the Credit Card/ Personal Loan Application Form

You have been provided with a digital pack, which contains a PDF writable application
form as well as indemnity letter and declaration

Please type in your details within this PDF form.

Step b: Submit the required documents

Submit the required documents mentioned in point 3

Step c: Email

If you are a Priority Account, kindly email your PDF writable form along with supporting
documents to [email protected]. If you have the email address of your Relationship
Manager, please copy him/her in the email.

If you are a Payroll Account holder, kindly email your PDF writable form along with your
supporting documents to [email protected] If you have the email address of your
Relationship Manager please copy him/her in the email.

3) Could you please provide a list of supporting documents?

For Personal Loan

i. NID number of Clients and Guarantors (where applicable, scanned copy would
be optional)
ii. e-TIN (where applicable, scanned copy would be optional)
iii. Scanned copy of signature of client(s)
iv. Photograph of the Client(s)
v. Photograph of Guarantor and Nominee (where applicable)
vi. Suggested Introducer’s Name and account number (where applicable)
vii. Scanned copy of Letter of Introduction (for EB clients)
viii. Income Supporting Document (where applicable)

For Credit Card

i. NID number of Clients and Supplementary Card Holders if you are applying for a
Supplementary Credit Card (scanned copy would be optional)
ii. e-TIN (scanned copy would be optional)
iii. Scanned copy of signature of client(s)
iv. Photograph of the Client(s)
v. Photograph of Supplementary Card Holder (only when you are applying for a
Supplementary Credit Card)
vi. Scanned copy of Letter of Introduction (for Payroll clients, where applicable)
vii. Income Supporting Document (where applicable)

4) How long will it take to avail this Personal Loan into my account?

Due to the Covid 19 situation and the limited Government online portal verification legs,
we expect that each PL will need 5 working days to be processed.

5) How long will it take to receive my Credit Card?

From the date of completed application, your credit card should reach you within 4-5
working days. Please be informed that this delay is due to the Bank operating with very
limited courier service facilities now due to the lockdown.

6) When can I start using my Credit card?

Once you receive your Credit Card, you will also find instructions inside the Welcome
Guide on activating the card either through phone banking or iBanking. Please follow the
instructions to activate your Credit card and start using it immediately. Sign up via
iBanking is simple and how you can quickly do this are provided in your Welcome guide.
Once you activate your card, you will receive a confirmation SMS into your mobile
phone.

7) Letter of Indemnity and a separate form. What do I need to do with them?

The Letter of Indemnity specifies our Terms and Conditions given the special
arrangement of NF2F Credit Card and/or Personal Loan Application process. Please
read the document carefully.
You will also find a short Letter of Indemnity form. This form needs to be completed and
signed (on hard copy) by you. You may opt for either of the two options:
 Write down the full text from the form on a blank paper with a pen, fill in the
details and sign it.
OR
 If you have access to a printer, print the form, fill in the details and sign it.

visible) and email the photograph to the designated email address mentioned earlier
along with your application pack.
