2 Delivery systems:

The delivery systems consist of an aluminium body with a continuous gripper shaft. The grippers are spring-loaded
by a torsion bar. The torsion bar is pretensioned with 10 Nm and there is a distance of 42 mm from the underside
of the track roller to the center of the hole for the fastening bolts.

Checking the height of the roller lever:

Checking must be done on a level plate with two exactly parallel support blocks.

Loosen all grippers and move them away from the gripper pads.

Check that the gripper shaft moves freely, the stop must be touching the shaft.

Lay the delivery system with the chain bolts (shoulder bolt) on the support blocks with the roller lever facing
upwards.

Check that the distance from the center of the fastening bolts to the track roller of the roller lever is in fact 42 mm. If
not then set this to 42 mm (tolerance ± 0.03 mm).

Gripper setting:

Clamp an 0.2 mm feeler gauge under the stop (A-side) and set the grippers with Japan paper (0.03 mm).
