Greetings of peace!

I, Nicanor L. Galvez, a plastic waste buyer at Barangay 5, San, Francisco, Agusan del
Sur is writing to signify my intention of buying all the waste materials in your company
for the sole purpose of delivering it to four recycling companies, namely: Davao United
Plastic Inc., Yoonni Greentech Corp., Chunglee Manufacturing Corp., and Maconri
Manufacturing Corp..

With this regard, I’ am willing to purchase for a reasonable amount of P2.00 per kilo the
following waste material, to wit: empty waste sacks, Polly twin, foam, LD blue, and LD
white, and P5.00 per kilo for all in scrap.

Giving me the opportunity to collect the said waste materials, it is my earnest assurance
that the transaction shall not impair and obstruct the usual performance of your
company. Furthermore, that the collection and disposal of the waste materials shall be
properly cleaned and segregated especially those that are hazardous items, and that I
will shoulder all the expenses as to the transportation, permits and other necessary
documents and expenditure needed thereof.
