SCHOOL AT GOVT. TEACHING HOSPITAL SHAHDARA, LAHORE.
Respected Sir,
It is brought into your kind notice that Schedule of New Expenditure
(SNE) for the Financial Year 2019-20 of this hospital has been finalized and further
approached to Finance Department for releasing of funds in supplementary grant
2019-20. The phase-III of Paramedical School Govt. Teaching Hospital Shahdara, Lahore
has been completed and all equipment has been installed for starting academic /
technical courses as this institution is affiliated with the Fatima Jinnah Medical
University / SGRH, Lahore vide notification No. SO(ME)1-1/2019(Vol-I) dated
16.07.2015 (copy attached).
The Paramedical School Govt. Teaching Hospital Shahdara, Lahore also
affiliated with Punjab Medical Faculty vide notification No. 74759/PMF dated 28.05.19
on 18.04.2019 (copy attached).
The affiliation committee of Punjab Medical Faculty (PMF) has approved
this institution i.e. GTHS for affiliation with PMF for three categories after the
completion of all codal formalities and registration fee has deposited vide challan No.
73729 dated 21.01.2019 amounting to Rs. 97,500/- on account of Punjab Medical Faculty.
After depositing the requisite registration fee the GTHS has been declared registered
(copy attached).
The seats for admission are as under:

Paramedical Staff/Trainer are willing to provide the services without any
remuneration/Stipend.
It is therefore requested that in the light of above facts the case may please
be forwarded to the Punjab Medical Faculty for advertisement the number of 75 seats
for admission in Paramedical School here at Govt. Teaching Hospital Shahdara, Lahore
in the best interest of this institution.
