Yarn: 3 balls (col. 04) Summertime


Light by Diamond Luxury Collection

Needle: 4.00 mm/ US 6 – 60 cm/ 32 inch circular

Tension: 16 sts and 36 rows = 10 cm/ 4 in in Garter


St (after blocking)

Abbreviations

M1L: Make 1 left by picking up horizontal bar between two


stitches from front to back, knit into back of this bar

M1R: Make 1 right by picking up horizontal bar between two


stitches from back to front, knit into front of this bar

Pm: Place marker

Sm: Slip marker

Yo: Yarn over

Cast on 5 sts.

Row 1 (WS): K2, pm, k1, pm, k2.

Row 2 (RS): K2, yo, M1L, sm, k1, sm, M1R, yo, k2 = 9 sts.

Row 3 (WS): Knit.

Row 4 (RS): K2, yo, k to next marker, M1L, sm, k1, sm, M1R,
k to last 2 sts, yo, k2.

Row 5 (WS): Knit.

Rep Row 4 & 5 until 89 sts on needle.

Cont in Lace Pattern as follows-


*Next row- K2, yo, [k2tog, yo] rep to next marker, M1L, sm,
k1, sm, M1R, [yo, k2tog] rep to last 2 sts, yo, k2.

Next Row- K2, p to next marker, sm, k1, sm, p to last 2 sts,
k2.*

Rep *to* 8 times more = 125 sts on needle.

Rep Row 4 & 5 until 205 sts on needle.

Rep *to* 9 times = 241 sts on needle.

Picot Cast Off (RS): Cast off 3 sts, [slip rem st onto left needle,
cast on 2 sts (using knitted cast on method), cast off 5 sts] rep
to end. Fasten off.
