since many years worldwide at the fields of Energy, Environment, Industry, Technical Innovation, also at Import and
Export business. We are working together with keen and genuine Customers and Clients and would like to start a trusty
and successful long term cooperation with your Company.
RWA Statement: We, the undersigned confirm that we are Ready, Willing and Able to discuss (in good faith and with
serious & genuine commercial intent) a contract for the purchase of the following commodity/commodities as specified
below; and in the quantity and for the price as specified in the terms and conditions as stated below.
Company GIC (German International Cooperation GmbH) as official mandate represent officially some end buyer of
several products worldwide and hence support pre organization between buyer and Seller (Seller mandate).
Following Items, Payment Terms and Conditions: Steel Drums – 170 Million pieces – CIF (ASWP)
Commodity : Steel Barrels to use for storage and transport of Oil&Gas Products
Quantity : 170 Million Barrels – 10 Million BBL to Turkey and 10 Million BBL
to New York

Payment Terms : Irrevocable, nontransferable LC at Sight
Delivery Terms : ASAP – Seller must share the schedule of supplying the goods
SHIPMENTS : Sea freight
Port of Loading : Any Origin -prefered KSA – UAE – Russia – Europe - China is not an option
Port of destination : 10 Mio BBL monthly to New York, and 10 Mio BBL monthly to Turkey
Packing : TBD - seller option
Inspection : SGS
Performance bound (pb) : Seller and Buyer isuue 2% of total amount
Contract Period : One year contract – 20 Million BBL monthly , about 8 … 10 Shippments

SPECIFICATIONS: Fuel barrel standard and features:
• Close and open top (line /unlined).
• Prime grade cold rolled steel as per JIS G3I41 SPCC-SD 210 Liters / 55 Gallons.
• Two rolling hoops set of 4 corrugations on either side or rolling hoops expanded in the body
two sets, filled to the top of the drum (excluded in open top) 2", 3/4"
• As per customer's standard (2-colors/ 3-cofors) paints with specially formulated heated enamel
point to the color specified by customer
• 210 Liters (55 Gallons)
• 0.7mm — 1.4mm
• 0.7mm — 1.4mm
• 883mm +/- 3mm
• 585mm +/- 3mm
• 580mm +/- 3mm
