The Government of Andhra Pradesh has sanctioned Rs. 24.91 crores towards the 4th quarter loan for implementing the Weaker Sections Housing Programme under the NTR Housing Programme. The Commissioner of the Weaker Sections Housing Programme had requested Rs. 24.91 crores for housing from the budget estimates of 2016-2017. Accordingly, the Finance Department released the funds. The Special Chief Secretary to the Government has now accorded administrative sanction of Rs. 24.91 crores to be debited to the specified budget head and disbursed as a grant in aid to the Managing Director of the State Housing Corporation.

ORDER:-
In the reference 2nd read above, the Commissioner, Weaker Sections Housing
Programme has reported that an amount of Rs. 99,67,00,000/- (Rupees Ninety Nine Crores
Sixty Seven Lakhs only) allotted in the BE 2016-17 under loan for Housing and requested for
release of 4th quarter amount of Rs.24,91,75,000/- (Rupees Twenty Four Crores Ninety One
Lakhs Seventy Five Thousands only) under Loan for Housing for implementation of Weaker
Sections Housing Programme under NTR Housing Programme from the BE 2016-17.
Accordingly, in the G.O. 3rd read above, the Finance (FMU-WD, CW,DW,SC,LETF,HSG)
Department has issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs.24,91,75,000/- (Rupees
Twenty Four Crores Ninety One Lakhs Seventy Five Thousands only) from the BE 2016-17.

2. In pursuance of the orders issued in the G.O. 3rd read above, Government hereby
accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.24,91,75,000/- (Rupees Twenty Four
Crores Ninety One Lakhs Seventy Five Thousands only) towards implementation of Weaker
Sections Housing Programme under NTR Housing Programme from the Budget Estimates
2016-17.

3. The amount sanctioned in para (2) above shall be debited to the following Head of
Account :-

4. The procedure for drawl of funds sanctioned in para (2) and as detailed in para (3)
above, shall be a Grant in aid Bill by way of adjustment to P.D. Account No.21/APSHQT of
Managing Director, A.P. State Housing Corporation Limited., Vijayawada. The Commissioner,
Weaker Sections Housing Programme shall be the Drawing Officer.

5. The Managing Director, A.P. State Housing Corporation Limited / Commissioner, Weaker
Sections Housing Programme shall take necessary further action in the matter accordingly.
