KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This deed of Absolute Sale is made and entered into by the following parties.

__________, of legal age, married to ____________, Filipino and with resident address
at Balintawak, Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur, hereinafter referred to as the
“SELLER/VENDOR”

________________, of legal age, married to _________________, Filipino and with


resident address at Kawit, Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur hereinafter referred to as
the “BUYER”

-WITNESSETH-

WHEREAS, the VENDOR is the lawful and legitimate owner of a parcel of land situated
in Barangay Balintawak, Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur and covered by Transfer Certificate
of Title No.________, containing an area of Fifteen Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety Two
(15,792) Square Meters and more particularly describe as follows:

line 2-3 by lot 5215, Pls-119, Pagadian Public subd. Beginning AT A POINT MARKED
“1” on plan being S. 10 deg.54’E., 2082.50m. from BLLM No. 21, Pls-119, Pagadian
land subd. Thence; N.57-36’E., 130.63m. to point 2....”

WHEREAS, the VENDOR intends to sell the area of FOUR HUNDRED (400) square
meters which being a portion of the Lot No. _________while the BUYER intend to buy the
aforesaid portion of the parcel of land.

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE HUNDRED TWENTY
THOUSAND PESOS Only (Php 120,000) Philippine currency, hand paid by the vendee to the
vendor, the SELLER DO HEREBY SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY by way of Absolute
Sale unto the said BUYER, her heirs and assigns, the certain parcel of land together with all the
improvements found thereon, free from all liens and encumbrances of whatever nature including
real estate taxes as of the date of this sale.
