The Installation and commissioning of the equipment shall be carried out at
Buyer’s work site. WANXIN’S service includes only supervision of operations by
WANXIN’S mechanical and electronic engineers.

All necessary tools, tackles, skilled and unskilled labor and material including
consumables required for installation and commissioning are to be provided by
buyer.

All necessary arrangements and facilities required for and during installation and
commissioning like Air/Train/Taxi Travel, Visa, Hotel, Food, Local Conveyance,
Telephone and computer with internet facility etc. for WANXIN’S engineers are to
be arranged and borne by buyer. In case if any injury to WANXIN’S Personnel at
site, a qualified doctor/hospitalization to be arranged and borne by buyer.

◎ TRAINING

During Installation and commissioning of the equipment, WANXIN’S engineers

shall provide the training to buyer’s personnel to operate and maintain the
equipment.

◎WARRANTY TERMS

All the equipment manufactured by WANXIN shall be warranted for 12 months

from the date of commissioning or 12 months from the date of ex-works supply,
whichever is earlier against any design fault or manufacturing defect.

◎DUCOMENT PROVIDED

■Operating instruction (including maintenance instructions)

■Foundation drawing

● Technical parameter

1. Coil car

● V type frame lifting with four column guiding.

● Electrical motor and speed reducer drive the coil car, motor power 1.5kw.

● Oil pipes and electrical wire with protection drag chain.

● With walking steel rail.

● There is saddle set at the foundation groove in order to put material and make the
loading stable and safe.

2. Decoiler

● Loading capacity is 25,000kg.

● Expanding range is 50mm, 470-520mm.

● The mandrel will be driven by AC motor and can actively release the sheet.

● Single cantilever hydraulic expanding.

● The drum consists of 4sets fan-shape plate.

● It can automatically release the sheet, while the line is running automatically, main
power will be cut off and the sheet will be pulled by the leveler to the machine.

3. Straight feeding device(by AC30kw motor)

● It is gantry type, mainly consists of frame, pressing roller, shovel plate, etc.

● Is can straighten the bended head of sheet and work together with the decoiler to
feed the sheet to leveler.

● Pressing roller is covered by rubber, cylinder swing and hydraulic rotation.

● The pressing roll and shovel plate will be driven by hydraulic cylinder. The shovel
head is quench treated to ensure the hardness.

8. Slitting device(two cylinder stands at one side, one cylinder stand at one side)

● Structure: shaft is slider pressing down type.

● Shaft is driven by AC motor, speed reducer and gear wheel
