Supporting Documents
If Ownership got through is “Deed Mutation (Gift/Sale/Others)”
Please provide the following docments.

1) *Scan Copy of Original Deed.


2) *Upto date Khajana(Land revenue) Receipt.
3) *A Declaration as per Assam ceiling Act 1956 in Affidavit.
4) * Scan copy of filled up downloadable eForm with Court fee stamp.

If Ownership got through is “Inheritance Mutation”


Please provide the following docments.
1) *Affidavit (self-declaration) along with numbers of legal heir of the deceased.
2) *Legal heir Certificate.
3) *Affidavit stating that “The land has not been sold or mortgage earlier”
4) *Up-to-date Khajana(Land Revenue) receipt.
5) * Scan copy of filled up downloadable eForm with Court fee stamp.
