ONGC intends to develop the New Exploration Licensing Policy (NELP) Block KG-DWN-98/2 in
deep waters off the east coast of India. This document describes the functional requirements of
the GDU within the confines of the Onshore MEG Facility (OMF) that meet ONGC’s operational
