Put the capillary into the bullet tube
filled with Diluent, close the lid and
invert the sample carefully, until the
suspension is homogenous.

5• Open the lid, insert the bullet tube to the


collection needle and press the big red button
to start the recording. Make sure the needle
always touches the bottom of the bullet tube.
• HC5D automatically draws demanded volume
from the bullet tube
