Sales Interview Question Matrix

The document provides a sales interview questions matrix to evaluate candidates. The first 10 questions are scored from 1-10 to test a candidate's ability and motivation to sell, with scores added to get a total. Questions 11-12 measure cultural fit by asking if the interviewer likes and would buy from the candidate, with "no" answers meaning to avoid hiring them. The matrix is to be filled out for each candidate interviewed.

The sales interview questions matrix

The first 10 interview questions test candidates' ability and motivation to sell. Next to each of the first 10 questions,
score each candidate's answer from 1-10 and add up the total score.
Questions 11 and 12 measure each candidate's cultural fit and can be answered with "yes" or "no". If a candidate receives
"no" for either question, avoid hiring them.
