Our Lady of Peace School Antipolo (OLPS) has been in partnership with Excelandia I.T. Services for the
past years in implementing diagnostic assessment face-to-face, but for this school year 2020-2021, it will
be conducted online.
This online diagnostic assessment is not included in the computation of your grades. However, this is an
important part of your learning. The result of the assessment will be one of the bases of your school and
your teachers on how to effectively help you in improving your academic performance.
1. Take note of the important reminders and guidelines for the online exam:
Go to www.excelandia.com.ph. On the website, we have provided you the infographics, step by step
procedures, instructional videos, and hardware requirements for device compatibility. It is important to
read and understand these procedures before proceeding to the next step. Here is the link to the User
Guide, https://excelandia.com.ph/wp-content/uploads/2020/08/Excelandia-User-Guide-V2-1.pdf. Make
sure that you have a copy of the User Guide and if you have a printer at home, print it so you have a guide
throughout your preparations for the online exam.
2. You also need to download and install the following application and plug-in through the provided
links.
a. ZOOM. Zoom is used for monitoring and communication with Excelandia exam proctors through
Zoom chat if you have a technical question. To download and install, click
https://excelandia.com.ph/ZOOM/. Zoom is a 12.5MB file in size.
b. SAFE EXAM BROWSER (SEB). SEB serves as a security measure of the online exam. You cannot
take the exam if you do not install the SEB. You can only launch or open the SEB during the exam
proper.
3. Below are your ONLINE EXAM DETAILS. These will be used in the practice exam and the
diagnostic exam. Please be careful in entering this information as they are case-sensitive. To avoid log in
failure, type the username, password, and Zoom ID in the same way you see it on screen.
