M-40 RCC Mix Design Specifications

The document provides mix design details for M-40 grade reinforced cement concrete (RCC) to be used in the Repalle to Eeppurpalem road project in Andhra Pradesh. It specifies materials including cement, fine aggregate from natural sand and crushed stone dust, coarse aggregate from crushed stone, and admixtures. Mix proportions are calculated to achieve a target compressive strength of 52 MPa with 380kg of cement and a water-cement ratio of 0.38. The mix consists of 400kg cement, 152kg water, 835kg fine aggregate split between robo sand and natural sand, and 1208kg coarse aggregate split between 20mm and 10mm sizes per 1 cubic meter of concrete.
