1 Introduction
简介

If you switch the control voltage on, the PC starting up automatically and the program for controlling and visualizing
is being started with the main picture.
打開電源開關, 電腦自動啟動後運行監控軟件便出現以下主介面.

Left side shows machine state, functions Heating, Dosing.

Machine window

The machine window shows a certain part of the machine as a machine drawing. The machine can be moved by pressing left/right

arrow icons at the bottom.

窗口以机器布置图显示, 画面可以通过底部的左/右箭头图标来浏览整机状态及设置

The machine drawing consists of the drawing of the machine, elements for drives, pumps, valves.

Click on an element to get a menu for switching the element to Off, Manual or Automatic switch position.

这个机器视图包含机器布置图，驱动单元，泵体和阀门。点击该控件会出现菜单选择，手动或自动开关。

Dialog boxes 对话框

For the input of data there are different dialog boxes used in the program. Most of the functions are opening this dialog boxes.

不同的对话框用以输入编排资料。很多功能都可以打开对话框。

All dialog boxes are handled as modal boxes. You have to close this kind of boxes to proceed in the program.

As long as a dialog box is opened, you cannot handle the windows of main screen or other dialog boxes.

所有对话框以形式的框来处理。你要关掉这样的框来进入编排。在对话框开启的时候，你不能操作窗口的主屏幕或其它对话框。

In the dialog boxes active entry fields are marked as yellow fields. 对话框的登录区域标记成黄色。

The dialog boxes have different kind of buttons. Basic buttons do always have the same functions in a dialog boxes:

对话框有不同种类的按钮。基本按钮都具有相同的功能。

Visualization program can be closed, during the machine is running. It does not effect the plc and the production of the machine.

在机器运行期间，监控程序能够关闭。这不影响操作和机器的运作。

Opposite you can start the visualization program while the machine is running.

相反你也可以在机器运行期间再启动程序。

2 Elements 组件
The machine drawing contains elements this one be different in its function and in the appearance.
机器布置图包含各种不同类型及功能的控件, 该组件以图标外观来区分。

Whether an element is in switch setting manual or automatic, you can see at the outer circle. That is for all switched elements the same.

In the switch setting manual the element is indicated red on the outer circle, it remains black into automatic.
一个组件无论开关安置是手动或自动，你可以从外圆框颜色看出来。所有的开关件都是这样的。组件如果是手动开关
就显示为红色外圆框，自动的则显示为黑色。

3 Machine status 机器状态

To perform different operations it is necessary to switch the machine to different machine statuses.
为了完成作业必须将机器设置成不同状态.
Menu: 菜单 Command | Dialog box 控制 | 对话框

Machine state 机器状态

Button Standby: 待命键 no functions, all machine elements are inactive. 所有组件都不运行.

Button Setup: 设置键 preparation for production, charging and heating of the machine. 预备生产，加料或加热机器.

Button Production: 生产键 production with the machine. 机器开始生产.

Button Discharge: 排放键 all parts of the machine are being discharged. 机器所有组件排放.

Button Heating: 加热键 toggle Heating 加热开关

Button Dosing: 定量注料键 toggle Dosing 定量注料开关

The inputs for the different machine statuses are made in dialog box Command. 通过对话框输入不同的机器状态

The actual machine status is indicated in the state window of main screen. 实际机器状态通过主屏幕显示出来

The machine status can only be changed if the machine does not run. Only one machine status can

be active at a time. 只有在停机下才能更改机器状态，一次只能运行一种机器状态。

Pre selection of the functions Heating and Dosing can be done with the buttons at any time 通过选择可以随时更改加热或注料功能.

independently from each other. Depending on the recipe specification all functions take place only in

the machine statuses Setup and Production. 每个操作都是独立的，只有在机器在设置和生产状态，所有处方才运行。

The main role these functions have is to switch the heating and/or dosing off for some given time. Preselection of the functions

is indicated in the State window. 经由视窗选择功能后，需要少许反应时间，加热和注料才生效。

Drive switches 驱动开关

Button All off: 全设关闭键 Switches all drives to Off 关闭所有驱动

The function Reverse and Master can only be activated if the machine does not run.

倒车和控制按钮，在机器不运行的时候，才能设置

The buttons All auto and All off are switches for all drives. All drives can be (de-)selected together.

全自动运行和全关按钮，所有驱动都会按选择运行。
The group box drive switch is disabled at machine run.
机器运行时，组框驱动开关是没有用的。

4 Reverse 倒车

If required (material laps etc.), the machine can be run in reverse mode with only one motor operating.

The function Reverse as a special mode of operation is selected/de-selected in the dialog box Command.
如果需要（布料重叠等.），机器可以运行倒转模式，这种模式只有一个马达操作。倒转运行模式是一个特殊的模式，
通过对话指令来选择或取消。
If you select Reverse, all drives of the machine become de-selected.

如果你选择倒转，所有驱动都会取消选定。
The red characters indicating the function Reverse can be found in the machine field of the master picture of IPC.

倒转字样的红色字符会显示在程序的界面上。

Only master drives with squeezing mechanism can be run in reverse direction. It is impossible to select Reverse for the auxiliary drives.
倒转指令下只有带有压辊装置的一个主马达可以运行。辅助驱动不能倒转的。
The selection is done by means of the pop-up menu of the switch able Elements, selection Automatic.

All other drives cannot be connected in this mode. If one drive has been selected and a second one is connected,

the first drive is automatically switched off.

通过弹出基础开关菜单，选择自动来完成选择。其它的驱动都不能连接到这个模式。如果有个驱动已经设置好，
但是却连接第二个驱动，那么第一个驱动将自动关掉。
It is not necessary to close the squeezers in order to perform the start; the readiness is signaled without actuating the squeezers.

Depress key button Start to have the selected drive start at its basic speed.

It is impossible to change the speed rate. Reverse run is possible only in the inching mode,

i.e. releasing the start button results in a stop of the drive.

通过闭合压辊来完成启动是没必要的，准备就绪信号灯亮起并不代表已启动压辊。按下钥匙键启动的时候驱动就已低速运行了。
这个速率是不能更改的。倒转模式只能吋动操作，松开启动按钮便停机。

If you exit from the function Reverse (dialog box Command), all drives are automatically powered up.

当你退出倒转模式的时候（通过对会框控制），所有驱动都自动恢复动力。

5 Automatic feed in 自动进给

The program supports the operator when retracting the machine with the function Master.
这个程序是在机器的主命令功能下运行的。
This function is a special mode and is to be selected in the dialog box Command by pressing Master.
这个功能是一种特别的模式，通过对话框指令来选择。
The function Master is shown in the state window of the main screen with a red colored font.
主命令以红色字体显示在主屏幕的状态栏。
In principle, only main drives can be driven as a master. All other drives can not be switched to this special mode.
原理上，主命令只用于主驱动。这种特殊模式下其它驱动是不能设置的。

After starting the machine, the drive speed remains at basic speed.
机器启动后，驱动以常速运行。
The selection is done by means of the pop-up menu of the switch able Elements, selection Master.
通过弹出基础开关菜单，选择自动来完成选择。
The current master drive is indicated at the machine window by a grey colored element.
当前主驱动会显示以灰色字体显示在窗口栏上。

If a drive is selected as a master drive, all pre-ordered drives are selected and all post-ordered drives are deselected.
当选定一个驱动为主驱动的时候，所有预定驱动会被选定，所有不用驱动将取消选定。

If you exit from the function Master (dialog box Command), all drives are automatically switched to Automatic.
当你从主功能上退出来（通过对话框指令），所有驱动自动选为自动。

6 Filter 过滤器

Like all switchable elements, by means of their pop-up menu the transport valves can be switched to the positions Off,
Manual and Automatic.
像所有开关原理一样，通过弹出菜单，输送阀可以设置为关，手动和自动。
In switch position Off the transport valve always remains closed. 当设置为关的时候，输送阀紧闭。

In switch position Manual, the transport valve is opened irrespective of the machine status and mode of operation,

the filter is continuously cleaned.

当设置为手动的时候，不论机器的状态和运行模式如何，输送阀总是打开，过滤器不断地清洁。
If you select Automatic, cyclic cleaning processes take place in the machine statuses Setup and Production.

如果选择了自动，当机器在设置和生产的状态下，将做循环清洁处理。
The times for cleaning and for the break phases are set during the configuration (dialog box Parameter / Machine).

The filter cleaning system does not work in case of emergency stop.

在清洁期间要暂停，需在配置阶段设置（对话框 参数/机器）。紧急停机下，过滤清洁系统不工作。

The filter cleaning system operates only during the active cleaning time, the transport and spray valve remain closed

during the break phase.

过滤清洁系统仅在主动清洁期间运行，输送阀和喷雾阀在暂停阶段保持关闭。

7 Automatic water filling 自动进水

7.1 Description 描述

The machine compartments can be filled automatical y with presetted water quantities.
通过预设，机器的车厢可以自动补水。

To this end the existing motor valves are opened in the Setup command as long as the current water counter is larger than

the presetted water amount.

如果现有水流大于预设值，进水电动阀启动自动进水.

Menu: 菜单 Function功能 | Filling进水

Short key:快捷键 F4

Button Default:默认键 preset amounts are load from disk 从磁盘重新装载默认值

Button Reset:重设键 edit assistance, sets all water counter actual data to 0 协助编辑，设置水流值为0

Filling amount preset 预设水量::

Preset of filling water amount. 预先设定进水量

Entry fields for the filling quantity at the respective motor valve. 马达阀分别有进水值输入框

Water counter actual 实际水流记录:

Actual filled quantity. 实际进水值

Entry fields for already filled quantity at the respective motor valve. 马达阀分别有进水值输入框.

Default button 默认键:

Is loading presetted quantities. 装载预设值

The presetted filling amount is loaded with a standard amount read from text file. 从文本装载预先设定的标准进水值

The actual water counter is loaded with a standard amount read from text file. 实际水量值依照文本预先设定的标准装载

Reset button 重设键:

Is loading presetted quantities 装载预设值

The filling amount preset will not be changed 预设的进水值不改变

The actual water counter is loaded with 0 实际水量值为0

Ok button 确认键:

Is reading all values of the dialog box (filling amount, water counter) and is sending these to the plc Dialog box is closed.

读取对话框所有数值然后传送到PLC里，对话框关闭。

Cancel button 取消键:

only active by calling up the window through button/menu filling

取消传送退出窗口.
Dialog box is closed 对话框关闭

7.2 Operation 操作

Names and filling amounts are read from the recipe file when the program is started.
当机器启动的时候，品名和填充数量由硬盘路径读取。
The filling amounts are figured out and deposited there during the commissioning so that they can be loaded time after time.

调试时，填充数量能计算并保存下来，因此可以反复装载。

The dialog box is opened by calling up the machine command Setup. 通过机器指令设置打开对话框。

By opening the dialog box the entry fields filling amount preset and water counter actual are containing the previous values.

打开对话框，登录区填充数值和实际水量还是之前的数值。

If the related compartment is empty, enter 0 in the field water counter actual 如果某个箱体是空的，实际水量键入0。

If water is already in the compartment, the appreciated amount can be entered here. 如果箱体已经有水，增加值输入这里。

By closing the dialog box the machine command Setup is activated in the plc and the filling is started.

关闭对话框，机器指令设置完成，进水开始。

8 Capacity of dosing pumps 定量泵注料量

To calculate the data for the automatic dosing it is necessary to enter the dosing pump capacity data.

These capacity data are determined by gauging the pump capacity by litres, using the respective chemical.

Proceed as follows: switch pumps on for one minute, determine delivered quantity. This gauging can be done automatically

by means of the button Test (dialog box Parameter / Dosing) that

n this mode the pump runs two minutes long timed. This automatic capacity gauging test can only be enabled if the function

Dosing has been de-selected.

自动定量给料的数据是必须要参照定量给料泵的容量工作的。计量数据通过校正泵各种化学剂的容量得出。
过程例如：泵开一分钟，测定输送量。这个测定可以通过设置测试键（对话框 参数/定量给料）来自动完成。
这个模式下泵运行 2 分钟。这个测试只有在定量给料功能取消的时候才能用。
*. 若选用 DDI 定量泵模拟信号流量给定控制, 请使用该泵面板进行校正操作.
In the column Name, the name of the chemical that was used with this particular dosing pump can be entered.

This name has no influence on the dosing. 在名称栏，化学剂的名称配搭特殊的定量给料泵，名称不影响给料。

The column Capacity is to contain the data obtained as the result of this capacity gauging test.

In the column jobs are indicated the still which are present job orders. 定量栏则是测试的结果，工作栏指示工作指令。

If you decide to use another chemical, another capacity gauging test must be performed for this particular chemical.

如果你决定用另外的化学剂，另外的定量校正，则必须先使用完这些试剂。

The capacity gauging should be repeated at least on a quarterly basis together with the other maintenance work of a general nature.

校正测试必须和其它维护工作一样每周期四次。

10 Tension Regulation 张力调节 ***Option***

The Tension regulation takes place in two kinds, steered or regulated. The selection takes place in the parameter picture Tension.
The tension results from the change of speed of the neighbouring drives.
张力调节有两种，手动速度微调或自动张力调节，在张力参数图选择。张力结果由改变邻近驱动速度引起。

10.1 Control 控制 ***Option***

Entered in the steered enterprise the tension by per cent inputs within the range of 75% to 125% into 1% walked in the prescription.
输入张力百分值，由75%至125%，规定每步1%。

10.2 Regulation 调节 ***Option***

In the regulated enterprise is entered the tension as force default in Nm within the range of 0Nm to 2000 Nm in the prescription.
By the attached dynamometers the regulation of the adjusted tension is made.
在调节组，张力值用N表示，规定值由0N 到 2000 N，透过传感器回授控制获得张力调节.

11 Consumption data 耗量数据

The consumption data are collected per lot, i.e. at the time of starting a new lot all counters (with the exception of total meter counter
and operating hour meter) are reset and the counting starts again.

The actual consumption data are displayed in the dialog box Consumption, this is subdivided into lot data, dosage and totalize.

每一批次都收集消耗数据，也就是每部分启动的时候，所有计量器（除了总表和时表外）都清零重新开始记录。
实际消耗数据显示在对话框里，这个细分到组数据，剂量和总计。

Menu: 菜单 Function功能 | Consumption data 耗量数据

Short key:快捷键 F6

Button Reset:重置键 PL1, Reset consumption data重置消耗数据

Lot data 批次数据

Input the Lot name in the yel ow field and displays the consumption data for the respective lot.

It is possible to delete the consumption data with the Reset button. To this the password 1 is required.

输入批次名在黄色区域，就能显示分别的消耗数据。通过重置键可以删除这些数据。需要密码级别1。

Being counted 计量:

- Meter in "m" 计长用"米"为单位

Dosage 剂量

Displays the dosing pump consumption data for the respective lot, it is possible to delete the consumption data with the Reset button.
To this the password 1 is required.

显示每组的定量给料泵的消耗数据，重置键可以删除这些数据。需要密码级别1。

Being counted 计量:

- consumed chemistry of the dosing pump 1 in liter

定量给料泵的化学剂消耗1表示1公升

Dosage 剂量

The total consumption data are shown to the engine here. These data cannot be reset on zero.

总消耗数据显示在这里。这个数据不能重置。

Being counted 计量:

- Meter in "m" 计长用"米"为单位

- operation time in “h＂ 操作时间以“小时＂为单位

Normally, a lot is run with one recipe, but changes are possible as well.
通常，每批次运行一种处方，但也亦能作出更改。
Each lot is marked by a lot name. The name together with consecutive numbering is suggested by the system,

but you are free to choose any name you like.

每批量由批次名称来标志。名称将会由系统默认的根据流水号码来命名, 但你亦可自行定义名称。
For each lot the time of beginning and end (including the date), weight of the goods, and the recorded consumption data are specified.
可具体显示每批量开始及结束时间（包括日期），织物的比重及消耗数据。

Each lot is started with the dialog box New lot.

If, after having inputted the lot name and the weight data of the goods, you exit from this box with the button Ok,
the lot-related counters are reset and the data of the old lot are recorded on a data carrier.

如果已输入批量代码和货物的重量，点击OK键后推出此对话框，相关批量的计算需重新设置和旧批量的数据
将会记录在数据系统。
The lot names of the actual lot as well as the weight of the goods are displayed in the information field of the master picture of IPC.

Errors are displayed together with the time of their occurrence, error number, and error text.
错误出现时间，错误编号，错误讯息都可显示
Emergency stop errors and machine stop errors make the indicator lamp Error glow; they must be acknowledged by means of

the key button Error.

发生紧急停止错误和停机错误时，将会亮指示灯。这时须按“错误＂这个关键按钮。

Simple errors make the indicator lamp Warning glow. The compensator end position errors constitute an exception to this rule.
小错误将会亮“警告＂灯。补偿器末端错误除外。
In case of faulty operation, certain additional information is displayed. 一旦操作不当，额外讯息将会显示。

In addition to the dialog box Error list, the most important error is displayed in the status area of the master picture IPC. In this way,

the user is kept informed about the actual error status.

另外，重要错误显示在主IPC图片的状态区里。这样，用户能够追踪错误的状况。

Additional error information is provided through the colors of the elements and values that are displayed in the master picture.
新增加的错误信息通过底色和数值显示在主图上。
„Red“ color indicates occurrence of an error. 红色表示发生了错误。

Elements that are in switch position Off or Manual are displayed with a red border, process variables which are outside of their

tolerance range appear red, special modes of operation and error messages are outputted in red.

13 Recipe management 处方管理

Recipes are an essential part of the program for operating the machine.

处方是机器操作程序的要点。
They make it possible to save and subsequently call a data set for controlling the machine.

利用处方配置可以储存和读取机器控制所需数据.

It is often the case that recipes are used specifically for individual articles, i.e. if the optimal settings for a certain method for a specific

article were found, those are saved under the name of your choice and are immediately available if you should come back to this method.

处方经常特殊应用于个别项目，也就是如果一个特殊项目设置了最佳方案，保存在你选择的名下，如果你
返回这个项目就会立即被应用。

Any recipe is filed as a text file in ASCII format. 任何处方都以特定格式文档储存。

Any recipe file has a description file in Unicode format.任何处方文档都以统一格式描述。

In this way, the highest possible degree of compatibility with all computer systems is ensured. The experienced PC user is in a position

to perform any file function manually with the recipes.

There can be as many recipes as there is storage space available in the IPC.

The recipe functions are grouped into basic functions, which are required to be performed online on the machine, and additional functions,

which should be carried out offline in the office with the same program.

All functions can also be carried out online on the machine, but they could change the machine status.

On the machine authorized personnel should therefore perform them only; using a password can ensure this.

In order to transfer the recipes, the file functions Backup recipe files, Restore recipe files are required.

Changes of the data of the actual recipe can be made in the dialog box Change recipe. For easy survey, the recipe data are grouped

It is possible to check the recipe values without the dialog box change recipe open. To this the button Real/Set can be used in the
using area of the main picture IPC for the switchover of the advertisement Real/Set. At press the button Real/Set you can change
the display from Real to Set or from Set to Real. The set values are represented blue to the identification, the name set value is
displayed in the machine area of the main picture.

不需要通过对话框亦可以检查处方值。点击实际/设置键可以转换实际和设置之间的主图显示。设定值以蓝色显示，

Saved recipes may be called by means of the dialog box Load recipe.

保存处方需进入到装载处方对话框。
Whenever a new lot is entered, the dialog box Load recipe is automatically called (dialog box New lot).

无论何时一组新的进入，会自动跳出对话框加载处方。

The list contains all available recipes from among which the recipe to be loaded can be chosen. Name and path are displayed

in separate fields.

The description serves the purpose of identifying the recipe promptly by means of key words.

If you re-load a modified recipe, it comes with the original values. To continue with the modified values,

you have to save the changed recipe first.

Go to dialog box Delete recipe if you want to delete an existing recipe.

Using the list box "Select parameter" up to 6 different inverter-parameters can be monitored.

The parameter-selection is valid for each inverter. The current value is displayed. Additionally the status words of inverters are

17 Language selection 语言选择

The visualization has an option to select the language. 监控界面可切换语言显示.

To change the language, the flag symbol must be clicked until the desired language is appearing in the dialogue box.

Then close the dialogue box by pressing Ok.

When the visualization is started, the program is using a pre selected language.
