Manpower Matrix for CFBC Boiler O&M

Isgec will provide 65 personnel in total to operate and maintain a 130 TPH CFBC boiler, auxiliary systems, air heating system, and fuel handling system. The manpower will include 9 engineers, 4 control room operators, 4 boiler operators, and technicians, electricians, fitters and other roles. Personnel will be assigned to one of three shifts, each staffed by 12-14 people, with an additional reliever where needed.
