To whom it may concern:

I am pleased to be applying for this position as a Graduate Nurse at Henry Ford Allegiance
Health. I was happy to find the position opening on your career’s web page. I am hope for you to
review and consider my application for this position.

I have been a Licensed Practical Nurse for the past three years. I will be graduating from Jackson
College in December of 2020 with my Associate in Applied Science- Nursing. I am a very
compassionate nurse who enjoys working as a team and works well in a fast-paced environment.
I enjoy new challenges and adapt well in high stress situations. I have experience as an LPN in
long term care, and currently at an outpatient infusion center. Prior to my nursing journey, I was
a nursing assistant for five years. I have many qualities and skills that would make me a great fit
for this position. I am eager to continue my education and plan to enroll in a bachelor’s program
within the next 2 years.

This position draws me in because I have been providing care to the Jackson community for the
last two years and I would love the chance to care for others within the community in a hospital
setting.

I am looking forward to speaking with you and hoping to set up an interview soon. I have a
flexible schedule and can be available anytime.

Sincerely,

Brittany Williams
