- Checking of the attendance

2. Motivation

The teacher will show basic stretching to the students.

B. Presentation
 Show criteria that must be observed during their performance.
 Importance of Body Mass Index

C. Application
 The students will share about what they have learned performing the
activity.

 The teacher will ask questions related to the topic

IV. EVALUATION

In a ¼ sheet of paper give the importance of doing such basic warm up exercise.
