PM : Good morning Hon'ble ministers.

We have arranged this cabinet meeting for

how your work is going on under COVID 19 pandemic. Let's start from health
minister. What steps have you taken to stop the spread of the corona virus? Then,
What about Vaccine for COVID 19?
Health minister:
• We have arranged a five central teams to report about how the state
government take steps to protect people from COVID 19.
• According to the team’s report, in our country COVID 19 cases had
doubled in 70 days. But the recovery rate is three times more than an active
cases. The recovery rate increases to 71.9% in India.
• The private sector had done a great role in helping the country to fight
against the coronavirus pandemic.
• “Innovation, ability and agility of the private sector have supported the
efforts to fight COVID in a big way. PPEs, N95 masks, Oxygen, ventilators
and diagnostic tests kits were developed at a jet pace to ensure selfsufficiency.
Medical infrastructure saw exponential growth, from having one
lab in March 2020 to around 2000 laboratories as on date with nearly half of
the labs from the private sector. The same is true for dedicated ICU facilities
and isolation centres”.
• The established infrastructure for Universal Immunisation Program will
come in handy for last-mile delivery of the COVID-19 vaccine, as and when
it becomes available, to the identified priority groups.
• “Our government will leverage an integrated IT platform e-Vin (electronic
Vaccine Intelligent Network) for managing vaccine distribution”.
PM : Good job. We have to give more efforts to control the spread of the corona
virus. Then, Union minister. What’s your plan to control? In this pandemic
situation, so many crimes may occur. What’s your ideas to make crime free India?
Home minister:
• My aim is to make India as a crime free country. During our battle against
Covid-19, 343 police personnel lost their lives while serving the nation as
corona warriors. I pay my respects and salute all the martyrs.
• During the lockdown, so many policemen helped the migrant labourers by
ensuring they get food, and are taken to the hospital in times of emergencies.
They even helped people who were living alone and had no one to look after
them.
• From donating blood to plasma, the police did not shirk from helping
anyone. In fact, they stood in the front to fight Covid 19. They work 24
hours, 365 days a year.
• When people are celebrating Raksha Bandhan, the police are on the road to
ensure proper law and order. Whether it is Eid, Diwali or Holi, a police
jawan is not on leave, just so that people can celebrate in peace.Police are
now handling a range of issues from cyber crime, narcotics, women-related
crimes.
• This is a challenge that we have to prepare our force for. For this, police
modernisation programme has been started.
PM: Well, I know our martyrs and police should make our country as a crime free.
In this situation, we have to salute them. How much rupee relief is to be provided
to help the country's poor to overcome the financial crisis arising from COVID 19
outbreak? Are there any special schemes for all those who work day and night to
protect India from COVID 19

Finance minister:

• A package is ready for the poor who need immediate help like migrant
workers and urban and rural poor. We don't want anyone to remain hungry so we
will be giving enough to take care of food requirement. On the other hand they
should also not remain without money in the hand. Several measures are taken so
that money reaches them. So they can have money in hand. The package is worth
Rs. 1.7 lakh crore. The package includes a direct cash transfer benefits which shield
poor families during the lockdown.

• Before all this I wish to start with great sense of gratitude for all those frontline
workers who are all fighting against corona virus who putting themselves at risk
and not even worrying about their lives. they could be sanitary workers, nurses,
doctors, paramedics etc. For them we are providing medical insurance cover, we
shall be providing 50 lakhs per person as medical insurance cover in case they
need. The government will spend Rs. 45,000 crore for undertaking these measures.

• Under the Pradhan Mantri Gareeb Kalyan Ann Yojna, which is a part of the
relief package, at least 80 crore poor people will be covered. Under the
scheme, an additional five kilos of rice/wheat will be given to 80 crore
individuals – over the five kilo they already get -- along with a one kilo
pulse per household for a period of three months.
PM: Very Good, this relief package is likely to help in cushioning the financial
losses caused by the countrywide lockdown to contain the COVID 19 Pandemic.
Defence minister, How are our players in this contagious situation? Is there a
problem with our boundaries?

Defence Minister:
• The fight against COVID-19 is possibly the biggest invisible war in our
lifetime. A war against humanity and having various impact on health and
economic security of the nation.
• The Army, Navy and the Indian Air Force are strictly adhering to
instructions issued by the Prime Minister’s Office, the Health Ministry and
their own medical bodies.
• We as a nation are fighting the COVID-19 crisis on a war footing and all
agencies of the government are working in close coordination. The armed
forces are assisting the nation in its fight against COVID-19.
PM: Well, Our soldiers are the soul of our country. So, we have to protect them
first. Education minister, what’s your plan to open the educational department?
Then, what about syllabus reduction?
Education minister:
• In view of the current circumstances and after receiving a lot of requests
from parents and teachers, we are contemplating the option of reduction in
the syllabus and instructional hours for this academic year.
• If we open the educational departments, we will face so many problems. So,
we should not open the educational department without vaccine. Because,
Some States like Andhra Pradesh have opened the schools then the COVID
19 cases increased too much.
PM: Good job, Students are the pillar of our country. We have to protect them.
External affairs minister, what about other countries corona virus updates and
Vaccines?
External affairs minister:
• India made the right choices in its response to the COVID-19 pandemic
and is as realistically well placed as any country could be under the
prevailing circumstances.
• Even before the vaccine, I should add that in this period actually when
there was a surge in demand for coronavirus-related drugs, we have
actually responded to that.
• We have supplied medicines to more than 120 countries, including a lot of
small countries who would not normally have had access to them because
the demands on those medicines were very high.
PM: Well, we have to help all our friendly countries. Railway minister, When will
you announced to reopen the railways and how is the cleanliness maintained there?
Railway Minister:
• "Cleanliness is a continuous process and every endeavour is made to keep the
stations and platforms and passenger-carrying trains in properly maintained
and clean condition”.
• "Regular checks on cleanliness are conducted and corrective action is taken
wherever any deficiency is noticed. However few complaints are received. All
efforts are made by the Railways to address the complaints."
PM: Good, Road and Transport minister, What is your plan to give extension the
validity of license?
Road and Transport minister:
• I have advised the enforcement authorities to treat motor vehicle documents
like driving licence and registration certificate, as valid till 31 December 2020
considering the ongoing circumstances owing to the COVID-19 pandemic.
This is the third time the government has extended vehicle document validity.
PM: Well, Environment, Forest and climate change minister, what about climate
changes in our country?
Environment, forest and climate change minister:
• India’s lockdown to control the Covid-19 epidemic led to a significant decline
in air pollution levels in the major cities New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and
Bengaluru, according to a recent analysis.
• The Covid-19 lockdown imposed throughout the world has struck every one
of us and it has made us think how nature is so important for our day to day
living. The improvements in nature have made us believe that the Earth can
be saved.
PM: Very good my friends, we have to make our country to be a role model for
other countries. You should continue your duties to handle this situation. In the
same
way, you have to be safe. We have to protect our people from COVID 19
pandemic
situation. We have to check whether they follow the social distancing norms. Pray
to god, to tackle this problem. Jai hind.
