PRECAUTIONS
• Both products must be used together for complete protection and in right dosage
for desired results.
• The slope during roof overlay must be maintained according to specifications
mentioned.
• Any gaps in tiling or china mosaic must be filled properly with grout.
• Never dilute Dr. Fixit Newcoat with water for ease of application.
• Must not apply during rains; substrate MUST be in saturated surface dry (SSD)
condition for primer application.
• The product is designed only for foot traffic and not vehicular or movement of
machinery or equipment.
• Do not apply Dr. Fixit Newcoat over moving joints.
• To achieve fullproof waterproofing, parapet walls should be covered with
Dr. Fixit Raincoat.
• Keep the packaging lid closed when material is not in use.
