be effective fifteen (15) days following their orders, resolutions, measures, and other
publication in the Official Gazette or in two (2) policies or parts thereof issued and
major daily newspapers of general circulation. promulgated pursuant to R.A. No. 545 (as
amended by R.A. No. 1581), P.D. No. 223 (as
amended), R.A. No. 8981, and other laws which
are inconsistent with this “IRR of the
Architecture Act of 2004” are hereby
superseded, repealed or amended accordingly.
