INDIVIDUAL ASSIGNMENT 1
OCTOBER 2020 – FEBRUARY 2021

Dear Students,

Building maintenance management is an important organization in a building. Support


services may be provided from in-house resources, external contractors or a combination of them.
They should fulfill the quality of services and safety of building elements and building services in
the building all the times.

You are required to carry out a study on the following topic that listed below:

1) Explain in detail with example on the definition and types of Maintenance Policy for
implementing in building maintenance management.

2) Explain in detail with example the importance factors of Implementing Maintenance Policy
in building maintenance management.

The answer is advising to blend an information that gather from any kind of sources/material such as
reference book, articles, journal, magazine, bulletin, proceedings and any others information
medium. The length of the report minimum of 15 pages only. The written format must be used (A4
Paper Size), (Times New Roman), (Font Size Heading: 14; Normal Text: 12) and (Justify). Report
cover in a WHITE colour.

Submission of report and presentation date: WEEK 7 (Late submission will not be accepted).
Report: 10%
