Terms & Conditions
Payment (Local):
o 65 % Advance at the time of Purchase Order.
o 25 % At the time of Delivery
o 10 % After Installation
o In case of delay in installation from client side, client will have to pay the final amount one month after
delivery of the Plant.
Payment terms (Imported Equipment’s):
o 50 % Advance at the time of Purchase Order.
o 50 % LC at Sight
The client will arrange confirm and irrevocable LC or TT in favor of our Principal Suppliers and Water
Regime will provide Performa invoices. In case of LC, our principle will charge 600 USD/case
Delivery:
14-16 weeks after the receipt of confirmed Purchase Order & Advance
Inclusions:
o The plant would include the systems as explained in technical specifications.
o Supervision of Installation & Commissioning of the plant.
Exclusions:
o Transportation from our works to your factory
o Unloading at your site
o Building works
o Hydraulic and Electric connections out of the scope.
o Civil works relating to R.C.C. foundation and structures.
o Piping out of Skid
o Placement of system on foundation
o Any item or service not specified included in our offer.
Modification in specification:
The specifications are preliminary and can be modified in the course of detailed engineering after
confirmation of order within the restriction that does not affect the performance and guarantees of the plant.
Warrantee:
The system is guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months. If
there is the fault owing to mishandling, we could repair for you, but have to charge. If plant has been
tempered or repaired by unauthorized persons we will not be responsible and guarantee will be null or void.
