Complainants, through undersigned counsel and unto this Honorable


Court, respectfully manifest and aver:

1. On 30 May 2018, the Accused were all arraigned and they pleaded
not guilty to the crime charged against them;

2. The Honorable Court having acquired jurisdiction over the


Accused, Private Complainants most respectfully submit that the case is
now ripe for pre-trial and thus this motion is being made.

PRAYER

PREMISES CONSIDERED, Private Complainants most respectfully


prays that the Honorable Court will issue an order setting the above-
entitled case for pre-trial conference.

Other relief and remedies, just and equitable under the foregoing
premises are likewise prayed for.
