Introduction to coffee
What is coffee?
Coffee is a brewed drink prepared from roasted coffee
beans, the seeds of berries from certain Coffea species.
Once ripe, coffee berries are picked, processed, and
dried. Dried coffee seeds are roasted to varying
degrees, depending on the desired flavor.
Coffee is a bigger market than Tea (still..)
It is one of the most common drinks the coffee industry
is one of the biggest markets in the world. Starbucks
reinvented to coffee industry by making it a "modern
drink" with their hand crafted drinks. We all love tea
but worldwide coffee is still a far bigger market. But
the Tea industry is catching up.
However, it is pity to ignore this market so lets explore
how to make fantastic coffee drinks.
