PHYSICALLY PERFECT
Skipping gives a full-body workout. It is known to burn around
1300 calories/hour which means burning more calories in
comparison to running. It also helps in muscle toning and
developing the thighs, shins and calf muscles. It improves
footwork, balance, coordination, and agility. Skipping exercises put
lesser pressure and are less shocking for the joints as compared to
running. It also improves focus and your ability to stay calm.

Intestines
The intestines are a long, continuous tube running
inside our stomach. Most absorption of nutrients and
water happen in the intestines. The intestines include
the small intestine and the large intestine. The small
intestine’s job is to absorb most of the nutrients from
what we eat and drink, while the large intestine absorbs
water from wastes, creating stool (poo). To keep your
intestines healthy you need to walk, run, ride a bicycle;
have a healthy diet with lots of fresh vegetables and
fruit; and importantly, drink plenty of water.

Mythical and Mystical Giants
Invariably, in the legends and myths world-over we find mention of giants bigger than
the average human being. Some even monstrous in appearance, yet at times friendly and
helpful to humanity. Interestingly, the word ‘Giant’ comes from the Greek word ‘Gigantes’
which means ‘Earth-born’. It refers to a race of huge creatures who were the offspring of
