WHEREAS, upon motion by the chairperson CONDRADO L. MANCULINTAS;


WHEREAS, upon motion duly seconded and unanimously approved by the
majority of the board present;
BE IT RESOLVED, AS UT US HEREBY RESOLVED, in a meeting called on
October 28, 2020 at 9:00 in the morning at (SPAT) office, block 10, lot 18 & 20,
Daffodil St., Camella Homes, Upper Balulang, Cagayan de Oro City, represented
by all board of directors.
RESOLVE FURHTER, that a copy of this resolution shall be furnished to all
person concerned for their information and compliance.
