ORDER:-

ln the reference 4th read above, the Director of Municipat Administration,

Tetangana, Hyderabad has stated that, the Commissioner, pedda Amberpet
Municipatity has submitted a proposal for division of Pedda Amberpet Municipatity into
twenty four (24) wards after fottowing the due procedure as prescribed in G.O. 1rt
read above and requested to issue final notification.

2-, After careful examination of the matter and in supersession of orders issued
vide reference 2nd read above, Government hereby decide to issue final notification of
division of Pedda Amberpet Municipatity into twenty four (24) wards.

1. The fotlowing Notification witt be pubtished in an Extra-ordinary lssue of the

Tetangana Gazette:
NOTIFICATION

ln exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 6 of the

Tetangana Municipatities Act No.1 1 of 2019 read with retangana Municipatities
(Division of Municipatities into wards) Rutes 2019, issued in G.o.Ms.No.7g, Municipat
Administration and Urban Development (lM) Department, Dated 29.06.2019, the
Governor of retangana hereby notify the division of pedda Amberpet Municipality into
twenty four (24) wards as described in the Annexure appended to the notification
with immediate effect.
