Your airline is an innovative leader in the flight industry in the Philippines, and I will be thrilled

to represent PAL Express through passenger service, plane safety procedures, and cooperation

I graduated bachelor’s degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in

Human Resource Development Management.

I worked as a sales associate at Eastwest Banking Corporation for the past 4 years, and

currently at Bank of the Philippine Islands as a bank teller. This puts me in the position of having

a broad base of customer service skills.

My extensive experience in my customer service industry has taught me the value of providing

positive, individualized service to all customers. As a banker we are responsible for greeting

and assisting customers. They need to be friendly, personable, and helpful. I gain skills from any

customers service oriented job that I can apply being a flight attendant.
My experience and strength will also make me a strong crew member. As a banker, I had to be

a constant communication with the clients. My positivity and clear communication helped

strengthen our team’s efficiency and sense of community. I know I would be integral part of the

dynamic crew at PAL Express.
