It is designed to spread product and water, coming from the
hydraulic conveyors onto the whole width of the blancher belt

6.3) 1 Economy multistage blancher - mod.1131-E

The machine is suitable to blanch with hot water foliaceous
products such as spinach, broccoli and granular products such
as peas, chick peas, whole or cut green beans, cucumber,
asparagus, etc. The tunnel is crossed by a plastic material net
(FDA certified) for product transportation, resistant to boiling
water temperature and any detergent action. It is divided into 1
pre-heating section, 1 central blanching zone and 1 cooling
section. The product must be distributed uniformly on the main
conveyor net before entering the machine, and then undergoes
repeated lower and upper showers for both blanching and
cooling operations. Each pre-heating and cooling section is
complete with a re-circulation pump which conveys water on
the product by means of a counter current system. Each section
is complete with a thermometer while the shower water
temperatures are regulated according to the product to be
processed. The central blanching section is complete with
pumps and a steam heating system.
The temperature of the pre-heating, blanching and pre-cooling
sections and water by-pass are automatically controlled by the
electric panel and then by suitably regulated electro-valves.

7 AFTER FLO FREEZER SECTION

7.1) 1 Through elevator- Mod. 0733
It is designed to elevate products and efficiently convey diced
products, dried vegetables, snack foods and a wide range of
granular products. Constructed to prevent product spillage and
maintain clean and hygienic conditions. The transport of
product is carried out inside a covered channel, thus avoiding
contact with the external ambient so possible product
contamination. Manufactured entirely in AISI 304 st st and food
grade sanitary material, it guarantees lower maintenance costs
than traditional bucket elevators.
The configuration is a double service:
First: feeding section (floor parallel)
Second: elevator and discharge
It is fitted with W.I.P. systems for cleaning the inside of the
channel.
Total access to the inside of the machine is achieved through
hinged covers along the entire length.

Exclusions

- All masonry works.

- Local duties and taxes.

- Connection between condensate and water discharges and eventual

channels and/or wells (unless otherwise agreed).

- Product waste evacuation of the processing line where it is not

clearly specified.

- Discharge of the machinery from trucks and relevant lift-truck and/or

crane.

- Lift-truck and/or crane for our technicians used during assembly.

When our technicians arrive at the factory for erection supervision,
the machinery must already be in position according to the provided
layout and personnel to carry out the erection must be readily
available.

- Any civil and masonry works, the laying of steam, water and
compressed air piping, together with relevant connections and
discharge ducts, including the electric energy supply (unless
otherwise agreed).

- It is incumbent on the Buyer to provide, without any expenses to the

Supplier, as many qualified, skilled labourers (fitters, welders,
machinists, etc) as are considered necessary by us.

- It is incumbent on the Buyer to provide and pay for all expenses in

connection with erection tools and auxiliary equipment which the
Zacmi consider necessary for work completion. Such tools and
equipment will include welding equipment, welding materials, oxygen,
acetylene and all necessary equipment for handling machinery such
as cranes, hoists, jacks, etc.

- Electrical parts:
 Unless otherwise agreed, our offer includes the electric panel board
and its pushbuttons located on the line, but all electric connections to
the electric panel board and from the same to motors or pushbuttons
are excluded.

All wiring between the electric panel board and machinery must be
completed by the Buyer, and our incorporation certificate will be
issued. In order to certify the line conformity with the CE
requirements, it is indispensable that either the Buyer or the qualified
suppliers carry out the electrical safety tests in accordance with the
EN 60204-1 regulations, once the machinery has been completely
wired and tested.

After the installation and start-up, upon request, Zanichelli Meccanica

S.p.A. may carry out an electric safety test on the machine / plant in
accordance with the laws in force and issue a CE conformity
certificate. Such service must be expressly requested by the Buyer
and the relative expenses will be calculated upon completion, on the
basis of the type of service rendered.

- All that is not clearly described in this offer is excluded from the
supply.
