Script for General Evaluator

As General Evaluator or GE, my task is to help evaluate the prepared speech and the meeting
in general. To assist me I have a couple of role players. (Suggest avoid saying TAG team)

I request the Timer to give the Timing guidelines.

Thank you.

We will begin with the evaluation of the prepared speeches. I request speech evaluator TM XYZ
to evaluate TM ABC’s speech. (Please remember to mention evaluate ‘the speech’ and NOT
‘the speaker’)

After evaluation of the speeches, call for the Timer’s report.

Then ask the audience to vote for the best Evaluator.

Next call the Ah Counter and then the Grammarian.

After the above have given their report, the GE begins his general observations mentioning
each role player, what they did well and what could be improved.

GE hands over control to the TMoD.
