“ABC’s Events Services” duty organized event planning company and existing under and by virtue of
the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with business address, BLK 6 National hiway , Brgy. San
Vicente, San Pedro Laguna herein represented by its Event Manager Ms.Bea Eroles.
WHEREAS, in the opening of sealed bids held on , the bid submitted by “ABC’s
Events Services” was found to be lowest Calculated Bid, in the amount of 362,800PHP inclusive of all taxes.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing premises, and the agreements herein contained and
intending to be legally bound hereby, the PARTIES here to agree and Contract as follows:
