■■ Phase A: Add hot water to main container and begin moderate propeller agitation. Begin heating to 75-80°C. Sprinkle
in the Bentonite and mix well for a minimum of 30 minutes. Premix Xanthan Gum and Glycerin, add to batch and
continue mixing for a minimum of 30 minutes until well hydrated and smooth while maintaining temperature at 75-
80°C.
■■ Phase B: In a separate container premix Phase B and begin heating to 75-80°C. Once both the main tank and the
premix reach 75-80°C, add premix to main tank. Homogenize batch until smooth.Add sweep agitation to propeller as
necessary. Mix until clear and uniform.
■■ Phase C: Begin cooling batch to room temperature. When the batch reaches below 40°C, add Phase C ingredients
individually, mixing well after each addition.

Note: QS Lactic Acid to adjust the pH below 5.4.
