Place 1: Receptionist room
Receptionist: Good morning, Dr. Bejo's clinic. This is adinda speaking, can I help
you ?
Jalaluddin’s Ma’am: Good morning, ma'am. Can I make an appointment to see
Dr.Bejo for my son.
Receptionist: Alright ma'am, what is your name and what is your son's name?
Jalaluddin’s Ma’am: I'am Fitri and my son is Jalaluddin
Receptionist: Oke ma'am, where is your address ? And can I have your phone
number?
Jalaluddin’s Ma’am: I live in patimura street no 6 solo. And my phone number is
23864566
Receptionist: Can I know your reason to make appoitnment with dr bejo?
Jalaluddin’s Ma’am: My son had been getting fever since 7 days ago, unstable
temperature and there were red spots on his skin. Can I see the doctor today ?
Receptionist: Sure, how about at 2pm? The doctor will check your son soon.
Jalaluddin’s Ma’am: Please as soon as possible ma'am adinda
Receptionist: Alright ma'am. I will schedule your appointment with dr bejo at 2
pm.
Jalaluddin’s Ma’am: Alright ma'am Lenny thank you
Receptionist: Thank you for calling us, good morning.
Place 2: Checking room
At 2 pm in checking room will be done a physical check up by nurse Syifa
Nurse Syifa: Good afternoon ma'am, can I help you?
Jalaluddin’s Ma’am: Good afternoon nurse. I have an appointment for my son to
see doctor bejo.
Nurse Syifa: Alright ma'am, can you please tell me about your son's problems.
Jalaluddin’s Ma’am: He has been getting fever since 7 days ago and there are red
spots on his skin.
Nurse Syifa: Is that true Jalaluddin? What do you feel ?
Patient: Nurse, my body temperature is high. I cannot sleep last night, and I am
not felling well.
Nurse Syifa: Alright then, before you see the doctor, can I check your blood
pressure and temperature first?
Patient: With my pleasure nurse.
Nurse Syifa: Excuse me, I will roll up your sleeves to check your blood pressure.
(Patient rolls up his sleeves, then the nurse checks the blood pressure)
Nurse Syifa: Your blood pressure is 90/70, and now let me check your body
temperature..... Please put this thermometer in your armpit and we will wait for
about 5 minutes to see the result.
Patient : ya suster..
Yes nurse
Nurse Syifa: Your body temperature is high, 37.8°C. I have done checking, now
you can see the doctor.
Jalaluddin’s Ma’am & Jalaluddin: Thank you
Place 3: Doctor’s room
Nurse Syifa: Good afternoon doctor bejo. This is the patient.
Doctor : Good agternoon nurse, good afternoon Jalaluddin and ma'am Fitri, Have
a seat please, can you tell me about the result of Jalaluddin nurse ?
Nurse Syifa: Oke doc, Jalaluddin has been getting fever since 7 days ago, his body
temperature is 37,8°C. There are red spots in her hand. His blood pressure is
90/70 mmHg
Doctor : Thank you nurse, has Jalaluddin get the medicine before?
Jalaluddin’s Ma’am: I just gave him antiperetik for decreasing his temperature,
but I think it didn't work
Doctor : From the result of physical check up and symtomps that occured, I think
that it is a dengue fever, but to make sure of it, lets do a blood check first, do you
agree with this procedure?
Jalaluddin’s Ma’am: No problem doctor, we will follow the procedure.
Doctor : Alright ma'am. Then, you can follow A to the checking room to do the
ublood test
Jalaluddin’s Ma’am: Alright doctor
Place 2: Checking room
Nurse Syifa: I will help you to do the blood test. Are you ready?
Patient: Thank you nurse, actually I'm afraid.
Nurse Syifa: Don't worry kid, it is just like an ant bit, the doctor has already told
you the purpose of this test right?
Patient: That is the true nurse, this will show if there are bacteria in my body or
not.
Nurse Syifa: Alright, now please roll up your sleeves and get relax, I will put a
torniquet in your arm to enlarge your blood vessel, this will help to do the blood
test. I will inject now, please get relax, take a deep breathe....
Patient: Is it done nurse?
Nurse Syifa: Yes Jalaluddin, done. How do you feel?
Patient: Little bit hurt nurse
Suster A: No problem, I have already put bandage on your wound. Now we are
waitting for the blood test result, and the doctor will decide for the next treatment.
Patient: Ok nurse, thank you for the informations.
Place 3: Doctor’s room
Doctor : This is Jalaluddin's blood test result. It is confirmed that Jalaluddin gets a
dengue fever, the result shows viruses on his body and his trombosit decrease. I
recommend for your son to get a treatment in hospital. Moreover, he really looks
like so pale and fatigue now.
Jalaluddin’s Ma’am: No problem doctor, we agree for the hospitalized.
Doctor : Thats good m'am, during the hospitalized, Jalaluddin will get some
medical treatment that will heal his illness. He will get infus, injections, and after
few days will get a blood pressure check up again to see the progress.
Jalaluddin’s Ma’am: I understand doctor, thank you for the information
Place 4: Patient’s room
Nurse Ika: Halo, I'm nurse B, are you Jalaluddin, the ma'am Fitri's son? Can I
check your patient wristlet
Patient: Sure nurse
Nurse Ika: Today I am going to give infus for you, this will give the medicine to
your body through iv line. And after that, I also will give you injection.
Patient: Oke nurse, I got it.
Nurse Ika: Sorry, I will wash your hand with alcohol swab and after that I will
inject the needle into your veins. If you feel hurt, take a deep breathe. Now I will
inject the needle.
Patient: It is little bit hurt nurse, be carefull
Nurse Ika: No problem, I have put a plester in the needle. Now I will give you
injection through infus line.
Patient: Yes nurse, with my pleasure.
Nurse Ika: Alright, I have done giving the injection, please take a rest now and if
you need somethings or if you are not feeling well, please let the nurse know.
Jalaluddin’s Ma’am: Thank you nurse
After some days hospitalized, the patient are allowed to go home
Doctor : Good morning nurse B, can I know the last progress of Jalaluddin?
Nurse Ika: Good morning doctor, this is the medical report of Jalaluddin.
Yesterday we did a blood test and the result was good. The number of bacteria
reduced and leukosit was in the normal score.
Doctor : Nice nurse, so the patient's contidition is good right? I think the patient
are allowed to go home.
Nurse Ika: Oke doctor, I will inform the patient and prepare for the procedure of
going home.
Doctor : okay I will give recipe for Jalaluddin at home
Nurse Ika: Alright doctor
Few hours later
At patient’s room
Nurse Ika: Excuse me ma'am Fitri, the doctor said that Jalaluddin can go home
today. The result of the last blood test was very good and I see that your son looks
more enthusiastic today
Jalaluddin’s Ma’am: Thank you nurse for the information, we are very happy to
hear that
Nurse Ika: No problem ma'am. Before you pay for the administration fee, I will
explain to you the rule of taking medicine in the house. It contains of two
medicines, the red tablet must be taken one a day, and the white tablet must be
taken three times a day. And for the additions, eat a lot of fruit and vegetables
ma'am and dont forget to spray insect reppelent or lotion. Do you understand
ma'am?
Jalaluddin’s Ma’am: Yes nurse, I understand
Nurse Ika: Alright ma'qm, if there is no question anymore, you can pay the
administration fee in tbe front office and agmfter that Jalaluddin can go home.
Jalaluddin’s Ma’am & Jalaluddin: Oke nurse, thank you for your help
Nurse Ika: Your welcome, please take care your health and do a lot of rest.
