1. Please access the TOP or TESDA ONLINE PROGRAM given the link below.

2. Fill out the New Account form with your details.

3. Make sure that the email address indicated is ACTIVE.

4. An email will be immediately sent to your email address within 24 hours. Please use
working email address to register to the TOP. Check your SPAM folder in case
confirmation e-mail is not in your Inbox. NOTE: THE FACILITATOR WILL GIVE THE
ACCESS CODE.

5. Read your email, and click on the web link it contains.Your account will be
confirmed and you will be logged in.

6. Once logged-in in TOP , select the course “PRACTICING COVID 19 PREVENTIVE


MEASURES IN THE WORKPLACE”

7.Please Read and analyze the following topics and take the exam.

8. Take a screen shot of the exam result for your final grade.

9. After you have finish the lesson, download your e-certicicate.

10. Please attach the screen shot of your grades and downloaded e-certificate to the
