Fraud in The Inducement and Rebuttal of Presumption of Agency

RE: SSN-SN-1234
Pursuant to:
Revelations 13:10-18 (Mark of the beast)

Article I Section 10 Clause 1: No State shall enter into any Treaty, Alliance, or Confederation; grant
Letters of Marque and Reprisal; coin Money; emit Bills of Credit; make any Thing but gold and silver
Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts; pass any Bill of Attainder, ex post facto Law, or Law impairing the
Obligation of Contracts, or grant any Title of Nobility.
Article 1 section 9 clause 8: No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States: And no Person
holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress accept of
any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State.

Article 1 section 9 clause 3: No Bill of Attainder or ex post facto Law shall be passed.

Definition: “Fraud in the inducement occurs when a person tricks another person into signing an
agreement to one's disadvantage by using fraudulent statements and representations. Because fraud
negates the “meeting of the minds” required of a contract, the injured party can seek damages or
terminate the contract.

In exercise of my unalienable and unlimited right to contract, I command that the account(s) referenced
above to be noted of the resignation of I, private man, as Agent for the receipt of service of process and
termination of all implied and expressed powers of attorney by or through this Agency or its Agents.

This command is for the following reasons:

Whereas according to the statutes governing the application for such a count(s) [20 CFR § 422.107]:
“(a) General. To obtain an original Social Security number card, you must submit convincing evidence
of your age, U.S. citizenship or alien status, and true identity, as described in paragraphs (b) through
(e) of this section.”, and;

Whereas “you” is defined as [20 CFR §422.402(e)] “You means an individual who owes a debt to the
United States within the scope of this subpart.”

Whereas no such evidence is on the related record nor does any such admissible evidence exists and
any alleged evidence is hearsay and false.

Whereas it is against my religion to participate in government (social security) programs and other
benefits requiring a mark, number or registration of biological and other property;
Wherefore refusal to terminate this/these accounts upon command would be a trespass upon rights and
violation of the emoluments of the office of the one who denies such termination;
