“REVERSION OF THE 10% SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN FUND FOR THE
CALENDAR YEAR 2020 FOR THE PURCHASE OF THE SEVEN (7) UNITS OF
SOLAR POWERED STREET LIGHTS IN THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED
SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (Php 175,000.00).”
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay of Del Pilar, Zaragoza, Nueva Ecija in its
regular session approved the Resolution No. 5, series of 2020 also known as the “REVERSION
OF THE 10% SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN FUND FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 2020
FOR THE PURCHASE OF THE SEVEN (7) UNITS OF SOLAR POWERED STREET
LIGHTS IN THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS
(Php 175,000.00).”
WHEREAS, the Republic Act 7160, also known as the Local Government code of 1991
states that every barangay should be able to well manage and appropriate funds of their
respective barangay ensuring the needs of their constituents.
WHEREAS, the in the Joint Memorandum Circular No. 1, s-2019 of the Department of
the Interior and Local government, Department of Budget and Management, and the National
Youth Commission, urging all Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) officials to utilize their respective
budgets following the guidelines of the said JMC.
WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Del Pilar still have unutilized funds for the
remaining months of the CY 2020 and sees that said available funds could be utilized for the
purchase of seven (7) units of Solar Powered Street Lights, with which may deem necessary for
the youth, peace and order and development of our barangay.

NOW THEREFORE, through the Motion of SK Chairperson Leah Marri L. Ferrer and
unanimously seconded by all present, be it;
RESOLVED, to pass a resolution, “REVERSION OF THE 10% SANGGUNIANG
KABATAAN FUND FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 2020 FOR THE PURCHASE OF
THE SEVEN (7) UNITS OF SOLAR POWERED STREET LIGHTS IN THE AMOUNT
OF ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (Php 175,000.00) to be read as
follows:
10% SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN FUND
Sports Activities 45,000.00
Training and Seminar 45,000.00
Cultural Activities 25,000.00
Dental Mission 15,000.00
Livelihood Program 10,000.00
Katipunan ng Kabataan Assembly 10,000.00
Clean and Green 15,000.00
Feeding Program 10,000.00
TOTAL Php 175,000.00
RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this Resolution to the Sangguniang
Sangguniang Bayan and the Municipal Budget Officer for their proper review and approval and
for their ready references.
