Course Description:
The course is a review of writing mechanics to improve students’ ability to communicate ideas
and legal principles clearly and precisely in the English language. The course will also focus on
the student’s ability to clearly construct, present and critically analyze arguments.
At the end of the semester, the student is expected to understand, analyze and present Philippine
legal materials succinctly and confidently, and learn to be an active participant in the discussions
in the classroom.
